Customer service is weak. We placed our order inside the restaurant and when Dante asked if we wanted a drink. We declined..and we got a shoulder shrug. We paid…did not get a thank you. When we received our order, Dante did not say thank you. This is my #1 pet peeve! I said: Dante I hope your evening gets better because it doesn’t look like you are having a good day. He says…how do you know my name? Seriously! Oh my gosh….He is wearing a name tag! I just walked away and shook my head. Dante is clueless!!!

I hadn’t had Arby’s in a while and decided it was time to visit. I ordered the wagyu bacon burger along with some curly fries. The wagyu burger was good, I honestly couldn’t tell the difference in regular beef and wagyu, but again it was good. I was definitely happy with this visit.
