This is a surprising little spot at thunderbird plaza. It is remarkably refreshing since there isn’t much around in the ways of health food. They have a numerous amount of protein options from iced coffee, smoothies, even protein cheesecake, donuts, and crepes. The family running the place is nice and helpful. Prices are decent. They have a cool little decor thu g going on. Please come by a support this small business it is really good and it should stay around. I highly recommend it.
