I will NEVER go back to this location (76th and Bluemound). I ordered on line at 9 am to pick up at 4:00. When I got there there were 6 people in line to pick up pizzas and they w ere 20 pizzas behind. I waited 40 min. For pizzas I ordered 7 hours earlier. The store was filthy. They had no Mountain Dew, and my pizzas looked like garbage. I refused to serve them to my family. They were all folded over and the toppings were all spread on the cardboard tray. Avoid this location.

I do not intend to come back to this location again in the near future. We called in our order and it wasn’t ready for 10+ minutes after we arrived. The store front was dirty, garbage on the floor, & the bathroom was GROSS, had nothing to dry your hands with, and smelled like pee. One of the 2 teens working was very sloppy with his work and his shirt was touching the pizza he was making. You can see his quality work in the photo. The Saran wrap around his pizza barely covered it & we didn’t receive any cooking instructions. The other teen did try to clean up a little bit, but was also the one who was designated to turn away any walk-in customers (it was 6:15).

I will never go back to this store! One of the items I ordered wasn’t available so they said I would get a refund. That hasn’t happened yet. The biggest reason I won’t go back was due to how filthy it was. There was food all over the counters and floor. My wrapped pizza had food hanging on the bottom as well.

DIRTY. There was scraps everywhere. Even dead bugs and Flys on the sils. I peeked in the back and it was a disaster. There is no way, absolutely no way they are following sanitation guidelines here. It was gross. The pizza, was ok. I ordered the stuffed pizza and it was all bread about 3 inches from the outside in. Hardly and fillings. I will not go here again.

The young guys who work there do not communicate well. Once they told me I had to use my credit card because they had no change. I think that was to prompt me to tip a pre-chosen amount.

We’ve gone here a number of times over the last couple years and tried to be understanding of pandemic and staffing challenges. We can’t anymore. There is no way to know how long you will wait for your order or if they will have what you ordered available. It makes no difference if you order online. On a recent visit, we ordered a pizza and a cheesy bread online. With several hours before close, they were out of cheesy bread and wouldn’t/couldn’t make more. They also ran out of several vegetable toppings which they wouldn’t/couldn’t replace. The pizza itself had sparse sauce, uneven pepperoni and uneven cheese. Even worse, the attitudes of the employees working were completely careless. Unfortunately this type of experience is typical, not the exception.

Hit or miss, mostly miss especially as of lately. Biggest problem being the dough is too stretched out in the middle so can get stuck to the paper plate base and creates a hole in the center. Also toppings primarily just in the center and not out to the edge. The kids there don’t seem to care much. Looks like it’s closed when you walk inside.

The Tuesday $10 large / $12 family size is an exceptional deal. 10 times better than any frozen pizza. I normally don’t go for mushrooms, but is an essential the cowboy.
