The atmosphere here was amazing. I had no idea the restaurant I’d chosen because their pizza sounded good was one so interactive! You can use chalk to draw on the walls. We had a blast! This was an inclusive restaurant that has amazing staff I enjoyed conversing with. Before tip, we spent $47 on 3 drinks, 2 10 inch pizzas, 1 12 inch pizza, a quinoa salad and a bowl of soup. In this day and age, those prices can’t be beat! The curry cauliflower pizza was quite literally one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had.

Absolutely amazing pizza and atmosphere. Baked has such a uniquely appetizing menu with amazing toppings and creativity to their pizzas. It is very affordable as well with great portion sizes. Anyone would be crazy to not try this pizza!

Took a road trip for 1 and 1/2 hours just to try their pizza. Was not disappointed. Salad and breadsticks were just as good. Pick your music, pick your pizza. Will definitely return.

We ate two dinners at Baked when we’re were in Galesburg. It was the best pizza I had eaten in years. I would highly recommend it. The atmosphere and staff were fun as well. They played albums on a turntable and you could request albums of your choice.

The pizza and atmosphere of the business is calming and laid back, easy to enjoy your food. I don’t like paying a tip when it is more or less self serve. I like to tip for an outgoing server with a good personality. Seems like overcharge to me. No one acknowledged our presence or asked if the food was ok, or if we needed anything else.

I’ve always been a big fan of small towns, and Galesburg is as small as a rail town can be. But for this town, there is history along with good food from great restaurants. And Baked (pizzas) is one of those restaurants that I’m glad I got to experience. After learning a bit about the store and it’s history, I ordered myself the food, and after fifteen minutes, I was served.
