I rarely give 5 stars these days, but these guys earned it. We were going to get another set to go, but sadly we were on our way to other places and didn’t want it left in the car.

Warm welcome, prompt serve. Large portions. I got the Fried rice breakfast, eggs over easy.. it came with two meat choices. I picked bacon for both. Also ordered her famous pancakes. I’ve come to Oki Diner over the years for these pancakes since high-school. Twenty plus years later they’re still the best! Be sure to buy some coconut syrup or Japanese pretzels to take home Mahalo for a great breakfast

On my last day in Kauai, I decided to make this my final food spot. I wasn’t disappointed at all! Everything was so delicious that was recommended. The owner took the time to point out in detail what was considered Hawaiian dishes and what we should try. I’m glad I listened. Especially when she said the Hawaiian plate. It literally melted in your mouth. Out of all the places I ate on my trip, this was the most reasonably costed for taste, food, and portions.

Very solid big breakfast spot. Outdoor eating with generous portions. Great quality food. Bacon, Portuguese sausage and sausage links were so good. My new favorite homestyle breakfast option.

Place is inside a shopping center, but man they have the best moco loco I have had in the islands that I have visited definitely worth a try. My wife had the pancakes and they were super good as well.

Awesome plate lunches at extremely reasonable prices on the island. I had the Hawaiian plate (Lau Lau and Kalua pork) and the meat was very tender and juicy. I’m always in search for great plate lunches and this place delivers (mac salad was also delicious). Stop by when you’re in Lihue area (maybe before you head to or from the airport).

What a wonderful experience being greeted by the proprietor, Ms. Oki. We enjoyed our box lunches – Neal’s chicken and pancit. Very glad we found it while enjoying the shops.
