No one at the counter or a sign letting you know to use the kiosk. Once order was put in food was prepared fast and correct. However drink cups located behind counter and was not given with order. After standing at counter for 5min with employees looking at me but continued to be busy, I had to retrieve my own cups. I then had to inform new customers on how to get food and drinks.

Waited ten minutes inside to be waited on with no one in front of me while they filled drive up orders. Dinning room smelled like old food upon entry. Got greeted once by drive up employee. Left without any service.

Placed online pick up order for 7:30pm. Got there at 7:45pm, Son. Waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge he was there. The food was not ready and the “manager” Kenneth said and i quote “on line orders mean nothing to us, until you come in” then when ask when my food would be do he said ” i cant tell you that we have a line of large orders before yours! Did not ealk out of there with food untl after 8:30pm (an HOUR) after my requested time, would have cancelled if there weren’t people at home waiting.

It’s taco bell. I recently was told by a millennial that expecting my order to be correct and for the food to look appetizing along with good service is unrealistic. It seems that sentiment is shared by the many fast food establishments. Prove me wrong…. please!

I try and try with this place but they always seem to disappoint. If you like waiting forever for cold food this is the place to go!!! Guaranteed cold food everytime! Most recently I ordered a quesadilla and it was like a lunchable with cold everything.

The 2 ladies didn’t feel like taking orders. So I ordered off of the machine. My taco shell were crumbled and the meats was kind of cold. If I hadn’t been on the greyhound U would’ve made them correct this. Lucky them!
