It’s really bad when you stand at the counter for 4 minutes waiting to order. 3 people in the restaurant, associate makes eye contact a half dozen times and keeps on moping around doing their thing. Don’t speak, no service. Manager must not be there. Pitiful

Came inside to Arby’s, placed an order then paid. Waited and waited for my order. Others who came in after me received their order. I kindly asked what happened to my order, and was told it was misplaced. Absolutely no apology! Then again waited for my order. I could hear one of the female employees speaking to another employee saying inappropriate things about me. Made me feel uncomfortable! My order was finally ready. Took it and left! Never coming back to this Arby’s again!
