Ate breakfast this morning and had the best experience! It was a packed house and the staff was amazing. Watching the waitresses and chefs all communicate and work so well together was pretty amazing to watch. The best way to describe it was “ultimate teamwork”. Our food was hot, delicious, and customer service was great. Cannot compliment this group enough. I was able to read name tags and the staff I saw interacting so well this morning was : Sam, Lottie, Holli, Shea, Christian, Brett, & Joe. Thanks for a great experience guys!!

Food was excellent per usual and the service was decent. I always get the Texas bacon patty melt when I come here and it’s always made perfectly. I only give this location a 4 star based off of staff on some days. They seem uninterested to work.

We have eaten here before and had a great meal and great service. Today they weren’t doing well. Staff arguing with each other, forgetting orders, one staff member even quit in front of everybody and our friends who we invited noticed. Hopefully they will step up their game. Normally they are good

I am a salesperson at this location. I really enjoy my new manager. We joke and kid but like the first manager I had which was Jenna , Zach makes me feel not only respected but valued as an employee. We have had fill in management that created hostile work environment so the family that most of us are makes it a happier place to work and I have some of the sweetest customers a person could have. While all of the customers aren’t wonderful the majority are . I am old and cranky but I do love my job most of the time.

Apparently the manager likes to come in and air the “dirty laundry” out in public, while walking around the cooking area with animal fur all over his clothes. The waitresses looked over worked. The restrooms were a mess and some parts of the counter. The food was decent. Our waitress was really good until the manager started with his drama and then the service went down hill. Handling a situation that happened is one thing. Coming in and handling it publicly isn’t cool, in my book.

My husband brought us here late one night after the Charlotte T.Ø.P concert. The chef and my husband bonded over Spanish cuisine and our host was quick, friendly and very attentive. It was delicious and the hashbrown bowl was perfect! Our 3 children enjoyed it and we made plans to return one day. My husband and I returned one day for a lunch date on our way to a meeting in Taylor’s. It once again was fabulous and our waitress was going into labor that day and instead of leaving she trooped throughit. It was super sweet and what a strong woman!
