My food was hot, fresh, and waiting for me when I walked into the store this evening at the time the app said it would be ready. The girl had just placed it in the pickup area. Fun and Fails
I’d give a 5 star but they are constantly out of my favorite item lately, pinto bean crisp burritos! They said they havent even been rolling any to start the day!?? Should figure out that’s probably one of the most popular items, Losing business for sure… otherwise this place is usually pretty darn good, always get hot food and that’s awesome!

Placed a online order said it would be ready by the time I got to the restaurant. I waited 16 minutes in the lobby. Not one single employee acknowledged me. This has always been an issue here at Taco Time NW not the real Taco Times. Poor customer service = Poor review. And after talking with the owner about this a few other times. I take it they don’t care about customer service. I am no longer going to call you to tell you that your employees can’t give a simple smile or a nice greeting. And just ignore you. Like I have nothing better to do but come and sit in your lobby for the hell of it. Owners hire new management or get in your restaurant and run it like a real business.i ordered one item. You all should be embarrassed. I walkedout without my order again! And deleted your app. Them I called the guess service line to only be hung up on by your automated system. Again if you can’t provide your online pick up customers with the same service as drive thru customers. You will loose other loyal customers like me.

Best taco ive eaten ever. I don’t know how to express, how to make a claim without understating how good this restaurant is. I remember being an infant munching on that crispy bean burrito. This restaurant has shaped the man I am today. The care and true heartwarming love that is put into that tortilla just pops in your mouth. The ranch, the hot sauce, the tots. Oh well, shame on me for thinking they’d be better based on other Taco Time locations – forgotten sides, missing ingredients, and the kicker, in my Tostado Beef Salad, the beans were a solid ball from the scooper and were cold. The other salad had an unknown stringy fiber that wasn’t edible. I’m seeing consistent poor quality control, lack of attention to detail and clearly no care for the customer.
