Here’s the bad thing about Marco’s, they are never on time and then you don’t get the little extras you add in. My food was about 15 mins late and they forgot a dipping sauce I ordered. I could complain but come on man… I can do the extra wait but please don’t forget items because then it’s burden on me to have to call you and I don’t want to so I will enjoy it for what it is. If this want so often I wouldn’t have wasted the time with this revie.

My son loves their “old world pepperoni” pizza. The wife and I usually get a sausage, green pepper, and onion pizza. Never had a bad experience. The manager, Terry and staff are always polite and timely with my orders. I live to far out for delivery, so it’s always carry out.

My first time in a Marcos. Staff was really short with me and not helpful. Having the menu digital only is unnecessary complicated. Staff cut my small pizza into 6 slices then cut those slices into smaller pieces which it made it complicated to eat on the road.

So I read the review that said she was originally from NJ and just moved to OH and was always disappointed with OH pizza and then had Marco’s and was pleased. Well I am now seconding that opinion!! I am originally from NY/NJ and this is BY FAR the BEST pizza I’ve had the pleasure of eating since I moved here THREE YEARS AGO!! The sauce, cheese, crust, toppings are all OUTSTANDING. Two thumbs up and five star rating from me!! Will definitely be my “to-go” pizzaria!!! I’m in LOVE

Ordered a Salad and Cheesey bread. My salad hadnt been made when I got there to pick up my order, which I didnt mind. What I minded was the young lady digging her unwashed bare hands into several containers one after another while making my salad. Told the manager while I was there and got a sorry. I went to the website the day I ordered on april 22, explained what happened and on the 24th the district manager replied and I sent all info requested to the district manager who also apologized and said she would refund my money. To date (May 19) I have not gotten the refund I was promised and NOTHING has been resolved. The district manager keeps giving me excuses and telling me she is going to “look into it”. The last time she responded was May 9th and I messaged again on May 13th to inquire about her findings and here we are 6 days later with no response. Marcos nor the district manager seem too bothered by the fact that an employee was improperly handling food (there were several boxes of gloves with plenty in them, hanging on the wall right infront of the employee. So not having any isnt an excuse and being ” short staffed” isnt either. You have to handle food properly no matter what. That is the business youre in) because nothing has been done about it. If Im being ignored about improper handling of food and the district manager cant find 5 minutes to do what she said she would, she definitely hasnt corrected the issue in the store. At this point Marcos will likely be getting a visit from the local health department and it will take way more than refunding my money to make me ever go back.
