We recently visited El Giro in Monticello. It had a real cozy feel with country music playing, which we loved. The atmosphere was great, and the service was excellent. Our food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. The staff was very welcoming and the prices were reasonable. My wife’s daiquiri was strong and inexpensive. We will definitely be back. Thanks, guys, for the great experience.

The staff here is extremely nice! I got a pick up order Friday and they accidentally made a mistake with my order. I called them when I got home and he didn’t hesitate to replace my order at no cost!! Great food, great atmosphere and the staff are so friendly. I’ll go back for more everytime!

I got the special dinner. It comes with all 4 plates you see for only $11. Just so happens that they also had $1 drafts on Wednesday with the purchase of a meal. The food was good and the service was awesome! I deducted a star because I wasn’t a big fan of the cheese dip, it seemed a little watered down.

Good food, great little spot in Monticello. They can make whatever dish you are wanting. Great with substitutes, I had the fajita quesdilla and it was great. My only thing is I wish it came with rice or beans instead of salad, but it’s okay. I’m sure if I had requested it, it would’ve been no problem at all.

If zero stars was and option it would be none! RUN AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN! This place has the worst customer service I have experienced in a restaurant, and the food is NOT authentic. The chicken had to be from the can, and when I asked about my order for being overcharged and incorrect the lady argued with me while another told me this is not taco bell. When I went to pay with my card the cashier snatched it and rolled her eyes! I put a FAT zero on the tip line… I will NEVER eat here again.

Have been 3 times so far due to work in the area and have tried the huevos rancheros, monterrey burrito and lunch special which were great. Drink are pricier than other places. Chips and salsa included and salsa is fine with a kick to it. Service is fine and friendly. Will return.
