I went one evening to get a hot, medium pumpkin latte. I paid and waited for the drink. When they handed it to me, the drink was in the white, hot cup, but the cup felt ice cold like it was in the freezer at some point. When I tasted the drink, it was ice cold as well. I turned around and went back to tell them this is the wrong drink. When I handed it back, she said “oh, wow, it is cold,” like it wasn’t cold when she handed it to me. I do want to add that the sticker attached to the cup stated it was supposed to be hot.

This is my most frequented store, and the service is completely hit or miss. I use the mobile app for less ice in a drink, and then they cram it full. I still like Dunkins, I even worked at one in college in Massachusetts, and I guess I just need to drive over to the Robinhood location.The staff is more stable and reliable, even when I use the mobile app.

This dunkin donuts has really turned me off. Last weekend, my family and I came here and it was before 10am. It was ridiculous how they were out of coffee flavors, beverages and other items so early in the morning. Then the following week, I ordered a small hazelnut swirl iced coffee. The gave me a COLD BREW COFFEE WITH HAZELNUT SWIRL SHOTS LMAO. Then I asked for creamer and some young dude who was working in there gave me creamer in a COFFEE CUP and it tasted like paper. Please shut this place down because you all are running out of items and can’t even make iced coffee right!!!!!!!!

Came in for a quick breakfast and the service was fast and friendly. The staff was very patient as I looked everything over and was very helpful with suggestions. The avocado toast was way better than expected, it was my first time trying it but it was well seasoned, tomatoes nicely roasted, and bread the perfect texture.

Rude staff who will argue with you after giving you the wrong items. Store is constantly out of everything from donuts to straws. They will refuse to refund you after giving you a messed up order and refuse to fix it.

I’ve stopped going to Starbucks because of their treatment of workers so I started going to Dunkin instead. I get breakfast and coffee from here on my way to work as a treat every now and then–I should have been going here first! The staff is SO friendly and fast. I love the cute, sweet ladies that work here and they always get my order right. Not to mention the food and coffee are INCREDIBLE.

I go to this Dunkin almost every morning to order coffee for myself and my husband. The girl that takes my order in the drive thru is the sweetest and when I order his drink first she knows the rest of my order. She has a great personality with great customer service skills. My drinks are always good here, and I think its one of the best in winston. Drive thru is super fast as well. I will continue going here from now on!

This is usually my go to location but they have been slacking today we got drinks and one of them tasted bad so we took it back I was polite but the worker never spoke a word to be during the entire thing took it from me and handed me a drink back without saying sorry or anything, if you don’t like your job just find another one, also was told last time no pup cups but got one this time no issue maybe better trained people would be better for this location. My cold brew also had almost no cold foam on top it was barely even on there and disappeared within minutes, maybe I’ll have to try and different place from now on?

Last weekend my husband and I visited the Reynolda Rd location. I couldn’t believe how happy and friendly the staff was during our visit. The service was great and of course the donuts were awesome. I had a hard time deciding between French cruller and apple fritter. The apple fritter won out.
