I decided to bring my family on a Thursday night at 10:00p.m. They close at 11:00p.m. Soon as I walked in with a party of 4 they say “kitchen is closed” If this place closes an hour early maybe they should change their hours. Also, the last time I came they argued about sauce. Don’t even bother to ask for to go sauce they charge you .50 cents- $1 for a mini half filled container sauce. How do you expect me to eat my left over meat food with no sauce? I spend hundreds every time I come to eat but I will not be coming here anymore. So many other Korean bbq with better service

We made reservation more than two weeks ago. We were asked to wait for 30 extra minutes. After sitting down, the waiter showed high degree of inpatient. We were in rush to decide between Menu A and Menu B. We quickly ordered the beef brisket and the pork belly. Although there was a sign on the wall saying each order contains at least 8oz of meat, the first plate of beef brisket was more than 24oz. We forgot to emphasize that we wanted the thinner pork belly, so we received four big very fatty thick pork belly for about 32oz. We added an order beef bulging, which came in a big plate as well. Although Menu A has 11 choices of meats, but we did not have more appetite to eat more. We canNOT understand why they cannot bring 8-12 oz per plate, so we can try more or all varieties. We finished those four small dishes of kimchi and others, but they never came to refill any dish. However, they quickly put our bill on the table before we asked for it. This was a very frustrated and disappointed dinner.

This was an amazing experience. All-you-can eat at a reasonable price AND the food was all delicious!!! Service was mostly good, but a little slow sometimes between rounds. The only real negative for me was that the music was too loud to easily talk with the others arlt my table.

The food was good but the service was terrible. Our server, Jeremy at 1 hour said that there was a 2 hour limit and our time was up. We brought guests from out of town who were embarrassed at the ordeal.

Despite the cute piggies on the wall, the food really wasn’t great or fresh. We ordered all-you-can-eat and chose beef brisket, pork belly, and spicy chicken. The chicken was fine, but the other two had some odd aftertaste. What’s worse, my date had stomach issues afterwards which ruined his weekend. The portion size was too large for two people and we didn’t get to try other stuff. Thinking back, it was a warning sign that we didn’t see any Asians dining there. I only gave it three stars because I had fun with a new experience with my lovely companion; he’s very sweet to tell me don’t worry about having to eat all the food on the table; and he paid the meal despite having to suffer from stomach pain. We will definitely go somewhere else next time.

Got here at 10 kitchen closed from what they said at 11:15 but they close at 12 AM at 10:53 told us we cannot order anymore and said that there will be $20 over charge on our bill for food waste which we weren’t done and we were still eating as we were speaking we were looking for our next orders we paid for about 23.99 all you can eat buffet for two people Are in bill was $90 we were so unhappy here and we try to it explain why we were unhappy and they did not even care and just referred us out the door no problem we will never be coming back and we spoke to them and told them this, and they did not even acknowledge the fact that we were hard paying customers we did not care about the price. We just wanted to have a good service and great food which we got none of thanks disgusting pig.

I don’t like that they don’t sit you if your whole party is not there, even if they are not exactly filled. The alcohol was so-so, as was the food, and they don’t let you take anything home! A robot served us some, which was cool. Overall, meh, especially if you don’t have at least one person in your party who speaks Korean.
