When ordering a buffalo chicken sandwich with no ranch, added bacon, they put a copious amount of ranch onto it. When I tried to get it fixed, they refused to put bacon on it and added even more ranch. When I asked them to fix it again they refused to. I could’ve gotten sick because of them. They’ve got terrible customer service.

A worker named Shelby gave us the worst experience we’ve ever had at an arbys. We will definitely not be returning for service. Once we paid and got out order which was halfway filled she declined to fill the rest of the order because we already paid. Make it make sense

Eh….food was pretty awful my last visit. They had regular roast beefs- 4/$10. It’s a bit of a drive to get to this location. Got my food, left, got home. Upon inspection of the sandwiches…eh, NOT so go. It was like it was whatever was leftover of the chub of roast beef- chunks, slabs, of beef. Not finely sliced layered roast beef. I was exceptionally hungry. And, I didn’t feel like driving back up there. So, I ate it. Not the same, as thinly sliced roast beef. Totally different experience. ‘Sorta….like an Arby’s roast beef sandwich…?’

I am 49 years old and have eaten at several arby’s locations throughout Michigan and other states. And have never had bad food or a bad experience until now. I worked late friday and was starving so I decided to stop on my way home at eight thirty p m I ordered two beef and cheddars for 7 dollars And a medium crinkle cut fry. I got my order and drove home. When I opened the bag, there was a weird smell.

4 months later, we tried again. The hush puppy fish was horrible and not in a hushpuppy coating. Fried in old grease and too long. Fries still tasted like they were made in old grease. Smelled bad and tasted bad. Little meat and no cheese on beef n cheddar. Service was very slow. Seriously, this store needs help. Not good at all.
