Healthy, flavorful and in an amazing setting. Loved this restaurant for the options, willingness to accommodate and the overall quality of our meal. They also offer a special menu for your pup! I enjoyed the Buddha bowl and added a portobello mushroom. The dressing was delicious and the overall dish was excellent. My husband had the house made veggie burger and it was also outstanding. Definitely worth a visit!!

Recently opened restaurant on Capital Street in Eagle, and we made sure we stopped for lunch after appointments. The food and drinks were all so flavorful & fresh. The atmosphere is very welcoming and bright, along with the service. Chef Kevin is known for his authentic, creative food in the Vail Valley, and having been to Drunken Goat in Edwards regularly, I was so looking forward to his menu at Wild Sage. I will be going back soon. I want to have a Buddah bowl, sandwiches,…..fresh cocktails and try more appetizers, too! Everything looks so great. They also offer a Happy Hour menu (3:30-5:30) & dinner menu options, too, starting at 5pm. What a gift for Eagle to have such a fabulous restaurant.

Always a treat to bring my beautiful bride here for a nice evening out. Very enjoyable and such good food!! Every time I come here, I leave feeling refreshed (maybe a little buzzed) and satisfied. I try a different meal each time and this go around I had the ramen which was AmAzing!! Glad Wild Sage is in our neck of the woods.

Fantastic restaurant in Eagle Rach! Absolutely excited to have another dining option in Eagle Colorado. Chef Kevin is amazing and this place is a definite must try when visiting this charming town. They had add on sides for entrees so I decided to add grilled steak to my scallops for a fabulous surf and turf. Watermelon cocktail was refreshing for the season. Can’t wait to come back.

Lovely atmosphere and quality ingredients. I am pescatarian and they had plenty of options for me! Lots of great vegetarian options also. Seemed very family friendly but also had an intimate atmosphere. I ordered the scallops and my husband ordered the blackened fish bowl and fries – both were delicious!

I was so impressed. They have awesome, unique vegetarian options. The food tasted delicious and you can tell they use fresh, quality ingredients. Our service was fabulous too. The desserts are very unique and made with cool ingredients. I highly recommend checking them out!!

Excellent lunch. I had the blackened fish bowl which was very yummy. The fish was cooked perfectly – flakey and moist and the seasoning was perfect . Will be coming back to try the whole menu! Server (Karen) was very pleasant and attentive. I sat outside on the patio but the decor inside is really lovely . Look forward to coming back for dinner .

Very creative menu. The spicy cauliflower wings are a must among the appetizers. Ample portions, clean restrooms, well worth seeking out. With the food made to order the service isn’t particularly fast, but if you need a break during a long road trip check this place out.

We had 3 different servers? First server was kind and helpful, second was-well, distracted, third server finished up nicely. Food was good, not a great fan of their vegan burger…I believe it needed more umami, and texture. We sat outside and it was comfortable, but one guy on a motorcycle kept circling and one guy in a big pickup burned coal next to us – not the restaurant’s fault, but super annoying.

So excited about this healthy food restaurant in Eagle. We came for lunch on mother’s day. Everything was delicious. We tried one of their non alcohol fresh drinks(yummy), cauliflower wings, veggie burger, chicken bowl, and desserts pound cake and chocolate mousse. We left stuffed. That being said. They portion size could be bigger if your planning on just ordering one thing.
