The sandwich(es) were sloppily thrown into the bag. The innards of them were more hanging off the bun rather than where they were supposed to be. The sauce was heavily added to the point of ONLY being able to taste the sauce. Disappointing experience.

Tried them again, hoping something had changed apparently not this time I couldn’t call the broad street store to even complain to management ended up having to file a complaint through website. Today I got a sandwhich that looked like someone thew it on the floor stomped it slapped cold fries with it, and a hi c made out of food coloring and water. Honestly Arby’s enough is enough. Don’t eat there folks. The food and service is just bad.

I wanted this to be a good experience….. but it wasn’t. They gave me a gyro instead of the meatoberfest double roast beef sandwich at the drive thru. I would have eaten it if it wasn’t so gross… so I drove all the way back to arby’s and got the right sandwich and guess what IT WAS ALSO GROSS! And it looked nothing like the one on the commercial. The bread was tough and chewy like cheap gum. And to top it all off…. my fries were cold.
