Most awful restaurant experience. Avoid at all costs. Staff had no idea how to take orders or run cash register. Bills were mixed up throughout. Customers were complaining non-stop. We had to wait for 45 minutes to get food. Had to eat without another drink or water as staff were so confused no one got much of anything. Had to ask for bill three times and when it came it wasn’t my bill. Also, they automatically add a “service fee” to the bill which equates to a 20 percent tip. The bartender kept making excuses that he was the only one there, which was not true. Again, avoid this place!

Slow service, the server was ehh… ok. The food was good. Completely booked hotel but only one server working the bar and dining area and what appeared to be an assistant server running the food and resetting tables. They took orders from guest that showed up after us. And then, it appeared there were other staff behind the scenes not doing much instead of taking care of the guests out on the floor.

Staying in Crowne Plaza I went for breakfast but the service is too much slow. If you have to go to work or fly it is very difficult to use. The service is ridiculus and slow: a long line to take a table while a lot of table are empty, the service is completely inefficient! 30 minute of line to do breakfast is insane. And sometimes you wait coffee for 15 minutes.

Please stop bringing the check right after you bring the plates of food out. To me this is rude and makes the customers feel rushed. Plus, you definitely miss out on the customer spending more money by them potentially adding anything additional to their order. Also, skip the bloody Mary…idt there was even any alcohol in it and it was served at room temp. All way too overpriced for what we got.

We went for dessert and the service was great! We arrived right after the kitchen closed but the bartender went out of her way to ask the kitchen if we could order dessert and they were more than willing. The pie was delicious but it was over $40 for just 4 desserts. The menu is very limited as well and the bar closes at 10. We were not wanting to leave the hotel late at night so this bar was our only option in addition to there not being any bars to just enjoy a drink nearby.
