Looks aren’t everything. They gave me some tasty sandwiches, although they really appeared to have hastily thrown together. Quick delivery to my hotel. I truly appreciated that. Overall quality of the food was in line with what I would expect from Dominos. They were limited delivery options in the area and that is ultimately why I chose Dominos to begin with

The pizza isn’t as good as it used to be. It’s soggy in the middle the crust doesn’t have as much flavor. They gave the wrong order when we got it, the toppings were all in the middle and not spread out evenly, there was hardly any cheese on one of the orders. I would rather eat little saesaers then have to eat this again. Even after having dominos pizza for countless times I’ve never had to complain about its quality until now. I don’t know what’s going on but I don’t think I’d want to eat their pizza.

Was really looking forward to Dominoes…received our order…one wrong pizza..we double checked our order online and it showed we ordered correctly..someone at Dominoes thought after quality check we would not notice it was a completely different pizza?? We even tipped the driver…tried to call..not accepting calls? So by pressing buttons stating issues get a free pizza but within 24/48 hours or 20% off??.thats ok?? I think its poor customer service ..what a cowardly way to handle an unsatisfied customer.

Love the food, but the customer service is poor. I placed an order hoping the 30 mins later I would have my food, Only to find out my order has been cancelled because they don’t have change for a 100. Overall great location and delicious pizza if you order the ordinary. Knocked off a star because they struggle with custom orders. My son loves extra sauce but he doesn’t like lots of cheese. After 3 times ordering extra sauce different times over different months, we gave up. They always read it as extra cheese. I suppose that may be a hack if you like your pizzas cheesy without an upcharge.
