I was staying at the Element hotel adjacent to the restaurant. Was glad all I had to do was walk down stairs and go through the double doors just right of the elevator. Their atmosphere was dark and relaxing. Great music. Sports on the TV’s. Bartenders were great. Very friendly and pleasant. Over my stay met some new friends. Their clientele are very friendly and up for conversations. The drinks are well poured. You can taste the alcohol your buying, in your drinks. Service was quick and they stay on top of serving you. The food was excellent. I placed my orders to go. I just prefer to eat in my room and leave their atmosphere to when I’m drinking. Over my couple of days there, I enjoyed their fish tacos, bison burger, mini corn dog bites, and my favorite the Ahi Poke Stack. Everything was well prepared, flavorful and fresh. I will definitely return to Eureka restaurant.

We were going to a concert and Eureka was conveniently across from the doors of the Toyota area. Our server was super cool. It did that him a while to come back to the table to take our order but they were busy. The food was delicious. I looked online and it said something about their burgers being made from carrot raised cows. lol something I never heard before, but hey it must work because it was one of the best juicy delicious burgers I have ever had. Nachos were delicious could have used a bite more sauce as everything ate a bit dry. All in all everything was delicious.

Greeted and sat right away. A couple of steps across from the Toyota arena and right next door to the Element Westin Hotel. Small but intimately spacious. Perfect seating arranged to look outside or sit outside. Good tap and mixed drink menu. Bar is perfect to have a quick burger, a drink, catch up on sports or great conversations. I had the fresno fig, waited a bit for our order and drinks, I ate my fresno fig so fast I forgot to take a picture. My kids had the Eureka American. We shared regular and sweet potatoe fries. You have to treat yourself and try the truffle cheese fries! I upgraded my fries when I ordered the Jalapeño Egg Burger. It was busy since it was a Friday night, so I decided to sit at the bar. I was served on by Patrick and he definitely had positive vibes and was upbeat. I also had great conversations with other patrons sitting at the bar. I can’t wait to visit again to try more menu options.

I placed an online pickup order, and when I arrived, there was no one at the host stand. I walked over to the bar only to be sent back to the host stand. After standing there for a few minutes, an employee finally came to the front to help me and another person. As I waited for my food, I walked to the bathroom. As I returned to the front, there was a server walking towards me. They literally ran into me instead of allowing me to pass. I could see if they were carrying food or drinks, but they weren’t. It was insanely rude! The staff needs to work on their customer service skills!

What a gem of a place! We needed a late night spot in Ontario and could not be happier! Service was excellent (shout out to bartender Patrick) ambiance was dark, cool, rich. They really know their bourbon and the on tap local beer selection was fantastic! The spicy green beans are worth returning for, and my husband loved the bison burger. We’ll definitely be returning!
