Came on my lunch break today 04/15 around 6:10 pm and the service was really fast! Wasn’t even there for 10 mins was able to order, get my food, and go. I didn’t get the kid name that helped me but, he had good customer service. It’s a nice refresher to see a teenager with manners and customer service.

The lady manager that worked yesterday afternoon is mega rude and difficult (idk if shes the only one). We asked for a remake of the sonic blast oreo but she was being difficult from the start when i had asked nicely plus i said id give the other one back which we hadnt eaten b/c it seemed wrong so i wasnt trying to get free food. I dont ever write reviews but she really rubbed me the wrong way.

I wish I could give higher than a 5 star rating. I don’t think the people of Rockwall realize what a gem they have. This is the best Sonic I have ever been to. Super fast service, friendly staff, fresh food that doesn’t look like it was thrown together- I’m impressed! I wish you guys could manage the Sonic locations in Mt. Pleasant. Thank you for holding yourselves to a higher standard. I will be back.

It’s always different.. im here on regular! Some days food is good and fresh.. some days food cold.. days like today I pay 5$ for cheese tots and barely get any food.. think portion control is wack. PLUS not hot.. barely room temperature
