Customer service was having a very rough night and they STILL were smiling and engaging. Food was served hot and correctly. It’s Burger King, so standard Burger King food, however I don’t appreciate being charged for items I didn’t receive. I also don’t like my order messed up, ketchup mustard tomato only isn’t difficult…Maybe they were busy, maybe they were overworked, hopefully they’re safe and okay because no one was wearing a mask or gloves. We did actually get everything we ordered, just not correctly made.

Super slow. Our cashier JEFF looked like he would rather punch us in the face rather than take our order. But the fries were fresh and hot but the burger tastes like it had a whole container of salt dumped on it.

Fries were stale. Whopper was luke warm. Cashier couldn’t count money. Shorted me 10 dollars. Sign in the window said no mask no service. We had our masks on and a burger king employee in uniform was ordering with no mask on. No one said anything to her. Definitely will not return

I can only assume that it was a training day as there appeared to be an over abundance of staff standing around, yet service was very slow and the dining area was severely in need of cleaning. Upon requesting fresh fries, as the ones already made were very unpleasant looking, new ones were dropped but left in to long and absorbed far too much oil. Normally I rather enjoy BK fries, but today was a real letdown.

I have given this place far too many chances just because the simple fact I love Burger King but after tonight I can tomorrow I will never eat at Burger King in Ellsworth Maine again please shut this place down!!! customer service is always horrible and always takes you a minimum 15 minutes to get your food no matter what you are order!!! as a customer service complaint line is just as horrible I just waited on the phone for half an hour to let them know what’s going on there and I got no one it’s just makes me want to be done with Burger King all together

If I could give negative stars I would. Literally waited in the drive through line for OVER 20 minutes. Car in front of us ordered 2 meals and we ordered one. Get to the window FINALLY and I’m asked if anyone drove off…nope no one did…seems like a weird question to ask if you’re doing your job! I tell the lady it’s ridiculous to make people wait in line for 20 minutes. Then she tells me not to talk to her like that with kids in the car. Uh excuse me?! Manager waits on us instead and he tells us our total. Give him the money and he hands us our food. Not our food at all! I just asked for our money back instead. I work at a coffee place that has a drive through and I’ve never had someone wait that long in my drive through. Ridiculous. I will never. Ever. Ever. Go back. I encourage everyone to avoid it at all costs. McDonald’s is right down the road and we had our food in less than 3 minutes and that included waiting for the car in front of us to order!

I went through drive thru today and after a 20+ minute wait in line I finally got to the window and the clerk had the wrong order for me. When I informed the clerk working the window of this a man I can only assume to be the manager laid into this poor kid right in front of me. Just straight up screaming at him, verbally abusing him while I was just sitting there, it was like watching a grown man punch a puppy. I felt so bad for the clerk. After the outburst the Manager walked away and I said to the young man “Hey man, don’t let this get to you” with a sentiment that there are better things in life. I don’t think I can ever go back there. No manager or supervisor has the right to treat any employee the way he did.
