We stopped here for lunch with our boys during a long road trip and what a breath of fresh air. We dined in and felt like we were eating inside a restaurant. We had chicken fingers and grilled chicken sandwiches. They were very good and well prepared. The dining room and bathrooms were very clean, which can be very rare when you’re eating in a quick eat spot. The staff was friendly and the Manager Charlene was awesome! She was so friendly and stopped by our table to make sure we were enjoying our meal and the overall experience. We spent more time here than we typically would because of the experience. You won’t regret dining in here.

Decided to pop in since both Bojangles locations in Chester are unreliable. The review score worried me but it’s obvious there has been a turnaround at this place recently. Went inside and ordered to go and everything was great. Greeted at the door, no line to order, food came out fast, and it was good! And their sweet tea was on point. It’s actually really nice and clean inside too. This will be my new go to spot for some chicken fo sho.

I found this restaurant ( # 74303) by chance, on July 24th, while driving from Bovina NY, towards South Florida, after a retreat. The lady cashier was awesomely nice, explaining my options and kindly asking me what would I prefer. The place was very clean and organized. While eating, I observed the lady manager constantly directing the employees towards different areas handling situations before they become a reason for concern. Rarely I have observed a manager do exactly that, manage, and she was very good at it.

The food is the only thing that keeps me going back. The service the last time I went was terrible. Not only did they leave me sitting at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes with no one else in line, they made me pull up to a parking space and wait for my chicken and served cars that were behind me later first. They also forgot my zaxbys sauce even though I made it a point to ask for extra. I had to go in and ask for it again after the fact. The girl at the drivethru window taking money was rude as hell and copped an attitude with me for saying “hello?” After waiting for 10 minutes. She said she was trying to get the line down but there were only two people ahead of us. This was a crazy experience and I think from now on I’ll just get doordash to deliver it. People just aren’t in the business of being customer friendly anymore. It’s sad because it effects people’s well being all around.

I visited this establishment on 7/2/23 a worker by the name of Jazmine refused me fresh cookies all the cookies in the display were burnt and hard. The worker by the name of Jazmine then started yelling at a worker in front of the customers and she constantly belittled the employees.she was very disrespectful. The customer service was poor and the overall atmosphere was horrible . Very distasteful
