I couldn’t eat I order a Supreme pizza without pork but put more beef. I go so much mushrooms n onions on this pizza I had to pick off half of the stuff to c the little bit of meat that was on it n that picture is a large for $25 I was way 2 far 2 turn back around to get a refund what a waste

I truly can’t! I just spent $100 to have pizza delivered and they completely left out the breadsticks. FOR THE SECOND TIME IN A ROW!! I called the store to complain and after briefly getting through after a long hold the line hung up five times!!!! Finally got thru to someone… in another country!!!!!!! Seriously. I get mistakes but FIX IT!!!!!! This is by far the worst Pizza Hut in Charleston times ten!!!!!

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza for carryout… it was ready in 15 mins. Best pizza I have had from a Pizza Hut since the late 90s. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Called to order carryout. Got told I had 20 minutes to get there. Laughingly I said I made it there in 8 minutes last night. Got hung up on. WOW….we order from here 2-3 times per week. Does anyone care about customer service anymore? The recording says that they are monitoring for quality assurance. I highly doubt that!

I ordered from this place and I was missing my food. I called this location to let them know I was missing my food and the moment I said that l, they put me on hold without saying anything and hung up on me!! I kept calling and no one would answer. So I called from a different number and finally they answered and said would you like to pick it up ? Why would I pick my food up if I paid extra to have my food delivered to my home ! This makes no sense. I wish I would be close by to go in person to complain, but I live in Texas and had ordered food for my grandparents to be delivered not for them to have to go pick it up after I paid the delivery fee and tip. So ridiculous! (No one ever reached back)

Delivered about 30 minutes later than was promised, only live 10 minutes from PH. Tried to call the PH to find out what was up w/ my order and they were already closed ( 8:30 on a Sunday). The pizza was cold, hard and did not taste good. Will never order from this PH again, lousy customer service!

People at Pizza Hut doesn’t care about your order. I ordered about $86.00 worth of food at 2:04 today and said it would arrive 40 to 45 mins and it’s 4:34 and we still have not received it and I called to speak to the manager and he was rude and was not going to contact door dash to see why it was not delivered. So someone stole $86.00 worth of food . I will be calling Corprite.
