If I could give no stars I definitely would! We come every year for our summer vacation. We had over a hour before close and decided to stop and grab a bite to eat. This was July 5 2023. When we went to the window we sat for a few minutes thinking they were closed we went to drive off when a lady rudely asked what we wanted to eat. She had a attitude from the beginning! When I got done she interrupted me to tell me there was only 2 workers there so don’t be mad if it takes long. I work at a restaurant and have never talked to any customers the way she did. By reading the reviews you can probably point out who the worker is. I will be contacting corporate in the morning about this situation because obviously something needs to be done.

Looked for a nice restaurant to eat at but wanted to save some money and go to my favorite restaurant. Let me tell you, this was absolutely horrendous. I wish I recorded the incident. First off the fries were super cold and it took me 5-6 minutes to get a cashier to take my order. As soon as Damion (possibly the manager) took my order he was super rude to his employees. A skinny built 16-17 year old boy in jeans and was super nice but Damion was snapping his fingers at him to pick up the food that fell in the back, and Damion grabbed the headphones off of this boys head and said something to a customer in the drive thru about a 15 minute wait. The poor kid looked embarrassed as soon as my sister told Damion that this behavior wasn’t okay and especially snatching the headphones off his head and snapping his fingers at him the way he did. I will never be back to this location again and by losing a customer I’m sure it won’t impact Burger King but I’ll make sure to tell my friends, family, and people I interact with how bad Burger King is with hiring bullies like this and especially this location. I can’t help it but be worried for the boy and what else they may be doing to him in the back of the kitchen or freezer.

Rudest employee I’ve met – even for a fast food restaurant. Checked the hours on Google (open until 11pm) and the hours posted on the drive-thru window (open until 12am) before we got in line to make sure we were within the window. We pulled up to order at 10:07pm and from the start, they were rude and seemed like we were putting them out. Interrupted me in the middle of the order to say, “Just so you know – since it’s a large order – it might take a while. There’s only 2 of us working.” It was 5 meals. One more than a standard family. We told them we understood and that was fine. When we pulled around to the window, there was absolutely zero acknowledgement. No “hi”, no “how are you”… nothing. About 5 minutes later, she opened the window, held her hand out for my card, shoved the drinks at me, and then the food – all without one word and a sour look on her face. I actually had to ask her if that was all for our order TWICE because she shut the window in our face.

Waited 15 minutes, by myself, no other vehicles,in the drive thru, just for them to tell me they had no burgers ,fries, or any other fried item. This place is poorly managed and always running out of basic products. I recommend the taco bell or starve.

Consistently the WORST Burger King Ive EVER been to. The drive thru line is always at least five cars long. They never have half of their ingredients. The service is literally some of the worst ever. Got flicked off and told to F off after waiting in the drive thur more than ten minutes to order.

Apparently the dine in lobby area is also a daycare for employees children. Kids were loud, running around barefoot and made the dinning experience very unpleasant.
