The cashier paused when it came time to take my payment so that she could *thoroughly* wipe her child’s nose (YES, the child was in the kitchen area) only to offer me the same hand to take my payment. I was a bit nauseous (and way turned off!) at this time and should’ve just canceled my order, but I didn’t. I ordered the spicy beef dish and it was composed of about 95% onions and green peppers, neither of which was listed as part of this dish. I could literally put the beef that was in the dish in the palm of my hand. I definitely won’t be returning.

This place has lost all its quality with the pass of the years. I used to go there some years ago and everything was amazing, but today I went there and asked if she could add cashews to my dish for an extra charge. She denied it saying that it had to be without because she was not going to bother adding them. Some years ago they added them without any problem, so yes, one star because i cannot give zero. No wonder why this place is always empty with no customers inside. I’m not going back.

I don’t know what happened to this place. When I moved to Niceville six years ago it was consistently 4 stars. However time has eroded the quality of their food and service. The orange chicken has gotten smaller and drier, fried rice is dry like yellow rice with a little bit of soy sauce and nothing else… broccoli beef is 80% broccoli with tiny pieces of chewy steak. What happened?

The food is mediocre leaning to bad, but what really got me is when I went to use the bathroom… There was no soap… For anyone. Then when I went to leave the bathroom there was something stuck around the doorknob. What was this debris? Without soap, how does it not end up in the food :/

This is the most disgusting Chinese food we’ve ever received. This isn’t normal chicken, orange, sesame or otherwise. Mcdonald’s nuggets are better. Absolutely no solid meat, nuggets had a hard crunch while also being chewy, terrible on two fronts. Microwave rice would have also been better than their rice, it was yellow but because it was colored that way not seasoned or fried.
