I was convinced by my friends to give In-N-Out a try and maybe my expectations were set too high, but the quality of the burger was really sad. The meat was dry, it was blunt and the fries were old. Most likely will never return. They were extremely busy for Thursday lunch and we had to wait for 20 minutes for our burgers to be ready. The restaurant was clean and they had everything on the menu. Servers were super nice and friendly.

My first time coming to this location . I don’t go to In-n-Out but a couple times a year . I have to say this location seems a little calmer than the W. Tropicana location even though it was a little busy . The drive thru had a long line , but I went inside anyway to check it out . It was clean and bright inside . There were lots of employees working the food line and one cleaning tables and sweeping the floor .

I know it’s just fast food but I think it deserves mentioning when a place is always dialed in with a system that is fast and efficient. My Son loves In-N-Out burgers as do I. My age and diet keep me from being able to have it more than once every 2 months but my Son has it once a week. ALL of their locations should have a video to watch from this store on Rock Springs Dr. and W. Lake Mead in Las Vegas. They NEVER mess up your order. It’s always correct, the food is super hot and tasty as can be.They must have 20 people in the kitchen or more but they all are working in stride with each other and make it look effortless. The workers are always kind and friendly as well as hygienically the most incredibly clean workers dressed all in white in a kitchen and not a single spot of dirt on them. Remarkable really. Whoever the manager is at that location he or she deserves a HUGE pat on the back and better pay. A very fantastic job is being managed at this location. Well done, whoever you are. And a big thumbs up to your employees as well.

What a fantastic restaurant and a proper example of what a good fast food joint should be! This specific location serves my food perfectly and hot right out of the grill. The animal fries are perfect and I even ordered my burger animal style and it was amazing. The inside of the restaurant is clean and the customer service is superb, the managers are caring and listen to you on every concern. This is a good example of a good corporation paying their workers a livable wage and a good job and it shows in terms of food preparation.

It’s been a crazy week for my family I specially with Thanksgiving and Christmas around the corner. My kids and I haven’t been feeling so joyful this year with all our problems. But I asked my kids where they wanted to go eat lunch. My kids decided to eat at In N Out. My kids decided to eat inside and just relax as my daughter said. Well I would like to thank the cashier for being so nice and patient with my kids ordering and even provided them with stickers. Also Quintin just made a great experience for my kids and I he gave my kids a hat from the restaurant and also gave us this wonderful Christmas card that’s just made my kids so excited and looking forward for the holidays. It’s days and customers service like this that make a bad day for someone just change its mood. I would like to thank in N out for having such a great employee.

I’ve been to this location many times , usually pretty good place. But on Friday the food was nasty, the buns were burnt and the fries were burnt. The lettuce was even welted. Didn’t even get to eat and enjoy it. Bad bad bad
