My family and I visited this location on Fri 5/5, the shift manager was very knowledgeable and friendly! It was such a refreshment to have this type of service nowadays! Food was good, but the wait time was ridiculous. I did show up at lunchtime, there were two people ahead of me in line. The lady running the register was very nice and polite, but very slow. After I ordered I sat down and kind of zoned out. When I realized I had been sitting there for 25 minutes I got up to ask how much longer and nobody could give me an answer. After I asked, I noticed they started telling people that it was going to be a 20 minute wait. From the time I ordered until I got my food was exactly 31 minutes.

First time here and we were impressed with the quality of there subs. I had their Nashville Hot Brisket. It was heart hot, but oh so good. It made my eyes water. My wife had the Club on a sub. She thought it was really tasty. We will definently be back!

I went there last night 1/9. It was my first time ever going . I had not slept all night because I was called into work through the night , and then had a basketball game that evening so was trying to grab some quick dinner . I told the orange hair girl w glasses that it was my first time and needed recommendations or how to order and she was rude gave me so much attitude , she treated me like she didn’t not want me there and that it was an inconvenience that I was there , maybe it was her having a bad day , but she shouldn’t do that , makes me never want to go back . The girl who made the sandwich was very nice though thankfully and smiled . Food was delicious though
