Got all the way home and realized one of my patties on my burger was red and wasn’t done. I didn’t realize until after a couple bites, I hope I don’t get sick . Bunch of guys in there playing around and not cooking. If I get sick, I’ll update this review sadly.

When I went there with my family, it was quiet and there was no line. There were only two people working. One was new and still learning her job, but I felt she was doing great. The service was amazing. The two people there were very polite and friendly. They worked very quickly to make my family’s food and made sure we got what we ordered. I was grateful for the pleasant experience as my family was already having a very nice night together.

It was great, even though I sat for a while. But it was understandable, because there was only 1 staff working. Poor thing, I felt sorry for him because I’ve been in that position before. I wished I could tip him but I didn’t have any cash on me. The food was fresh and delicious which I appreciated, and it looked like he gave me extra which was really nice of him.

The customer service was great the first time there in a while..but after driving away, we realized they forgot the chicken bites. Second time there, they didn’t have loaded fries, and no funnel cake fries which was what I was looking forward to. I just assumed that it was a slow Sunday and they just needed to replenish what they were out of..anyway the food was great. Can’t complain..much.

I was only there once, during the weekend of the NFC Championship Game. I gotta say they did a great job the night I was there. Food was well above average for fast food, and it wasn’t just thrown together carelessly. The stuff was even wrapped neatly. I appreciate that. I’m out a lot and eat more fast food than I’d like to, but I’ve been to enough places to have had my share of rotten experiences. This place wasn’t bad, we came away impressed.

DO NOT GO HERE. I wish I would have listened to the other people and reviews. I ordered a side of fries and two ice creams. I was told my total was $13 something, which is way too much in hindsight. I didn’t receive a receipt. Now I am looking at my bank statement and I was charged $23!!!! If I wanted to pay $23, I would NOT have went to checkers. The workers were very unprofessional and not wearing uniforms, gloves, hair nets, etc. granted, my order was correct and everything tasted good. Everything else ruined my experience and I won’t ever be back.

It depends on when you go, but they’re known to forget to put things in the bag or get the order mixed up, even if you’re the only person in line, so be sure to always check inside the bag. Some of the workers are rude, but, that’s probably because they deal with rude customers. Overall, the workers could be more polite, and more organized.

At this checkers, I ordered a large chicken sandwich meal with the drink swapped out for a milkshake, a six piece of wings, one solo chicken sandwich, and large fries. I paid for my order and noticed a couple days later it was charged as $31 and some change even though that’s not what they told me. I had ignored it as I didn’t have a receipt or anything to prove this happened. Another time I ordered just a large chicken sandwich meal. I was told $11, which is obviously a lot, but I couldnt even hear her because their speaker sounds terrible. When I left my fiance was confused and said $11 is too much. I ignored it because it was late and I want to get home. The next day(yesterday) I noticed I wasn’t changed the price for a normal meal, in fact they charged me $18 for just a meal. I’ve been going to this checkers for years and this happened out of nowhere. Pay attention, unlike me. Also, they don’t hand out receipts apparently because their machine is broke. It’s even on several reviews here.
