Ordered pho I received no sauce (red) or eel sauce and I was given a styrofoam box. It leaked all over. Broth is lighter than normal and lacks taste especially with no sauce. The fried crawfish (spicy garlic) was bland and crunchy and doesn’t taste the same at all. I pod for delivery at work and now can’t eat since I have nothing to pour my broth in. The hiked up the price and the quality has gone way down last time eating or ordering from here sadly. Called to get some type of help or an offer to get a free bowl since I can’t even eat this one and there was no answer per usual

I got the Awesome Garlic Noodles to go and the bowl was half full and there were 4 crawfish tails and 6 shrimp. The shrimp I’m cool with the 4 little crawfish tails is the problem.I was told that was correct portion I spent $10.81 For nothing .Hungry still. Use to be nice portions and good customer service .

Service was ok, i know today you guys only had 2 cashiers/servers on the floor. Crawfish was mushy and unappealing, usually due to it being overcooked or crawfish that was already dead…flavor was good but crawfish was disappointing. I been coming to this restaurant for a few years and never had this happen to me here. Not worth the price i paid for it!

Drove from spring all the way to wallisville to have some crawfish pho from here since it was our favorite place to eat at.. we called 10 times to place an order for pick up they never answered the phone, we thought maybeee they were really busy being saturday afternoon… nopesss we get there and only one person sitting in there.. the teenage workers were behind the counter on their phones and talking and laughing but they couldnt answer one of our calls… we get there to order, we asked for crawfish pho to be told they dont have any. Smh this place has gone down the drain. Poor customer service.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because my chicken was DECENT. The crawfish and shrimp were so mushy. The customer service in this store is absolutely horrible. I waited almost an hour for an order I placed online. When I asked about the order the worker girl had the audacity to get attitude as of I was bothering her. I stopped going there 2 years ago for the same reason. I see nothing has changed and I won’t be back EVER at this point.

My experience here was very rude unprofessional and disrespectful. I ordered 3lbs of shrimp w/ the sausage and caramel and potatoes . The food was totaled $60 dollarsit was cold and the shrimp were old and sticky. Fie this time be such nice place you should pay attention to the food products being sold or learn to cook shrimp properly. The guy answering the phone didn’t even know how to handle a customer complaint , instead he was nasty and disrespectful saying ” man, oh my gosh ” the entire time. People are spending their money at your establishment and this is the service you render .. Its pitiful that anybody feels as if they say they can cook , do they open a business and don’t know how treat a paying customer. Never Again will i visit your rude disrespectful A**** .
