The scenery was wonderful and the food was great, although the looks from the outside aren’t the best, the place gives a very good homey-vibe that my entire family loved. The owner is a sweet guy who was very happy to talk with us. Be sure to look at the beautiful lake and mountains!

What a wonderful place!! We sat outside on the patio. It is a beautiful area. Our waitress was wonderful, especially when we said that we had never been there. She went over the menu and told us about different items. My husband and I both got the grilled chicken dinner. I don’t know how they make it, but it was the softest chicken I have ever had! It was so good!! I wish it wasn’t so far from home. That would be my new place to go.

Lots of cars there, so we stopped on the way to national park… super home cooking, love the people working, got an omelette for dinner- yummy waffle fries, homemade cake.. Great patio out back overlooking the River!! . Just solid food and solid people at extremely reasonable prices.

This is the only place we could find when we googled for breakfast. Do yourself a favor and cook your own breakfast. I think one star on food is being generous. given the long wait for the food, I did have some hope. That vanished as soon as our food arrived. You could tell we were not in for a good experience – no seasoning whatsoever Didn’t want to use the salt and pepper shakers that obviously were sitting outside for a long time. The view is incredible. However, the whole patio could use a good scrub down. Yuck

Friendly staff, relaxing views from the balcony. Nice place for breakfast or lunch. Crinkle Fries are good, might need to order a larger size if you are hungry, onion rings have a good flavor and light breading. Easy access right off the road.
