My boyfriend and i were in his tow truck and the lobby was closed. We went up to the window. The worker was super friendly and had no problem serving us. Food was fantastic!

Food was below average for this particular location. It was later at night, normally I expect the quality to be reduced slightly whenever I come in late at night, but this was below that already reduced standard, and the store didn’t close for another hour plus, it wasn’t close to closing time, it was just late at night. The fries were overcooked, and also cold at the same time, obviously had been sitting for several minutes, not good, the Dave’s singles (x2) I ordered was missing onions and the bacon was cold as well, cheese wasn’t melted completely either, overall a lazy job in my opinion. In this stores defense, normally I get much better food from this location, I’d even say it’s one of my favorite Wendy’s in my area, I hope this was a one off event. And as usual the staff was friendly, no complaints there.

This Wendy’s at this time is operating as if some type of fast food time machine with the dial set for the summer of 1979. Lord have mercy I’m gonna clog an artery the way this crew is preparing the Baconatorz ya heard…..help me God. The Frosty was frosty and the fries were crisp and hot with the skin on the tips. I gotta work tonight but I won’t be hungry until morning. Great job Wendy’s in Charlestown West Virginia. Doing it right

Staff has no customer service, walked away while I was ordering, rude, forgot my daughters chicken nuggets then she tossed my receipt. I told her I needed it and she got made and told me to hold on. As I was leaving I was trying to listen to my daughter and hear the woman at the counter says out loud I don’t know what she keeps staining at.

Management here is horrible, this flows to the workers and affects the food. So, being a regular weekly customer for breakfast, due to the only place that sales biscuits n gravy, I have delt with the annoyances. Well, no more! When I noticed I was not given my entire meal at the drive through on the way to work I tried to call the store twice, no answer of course. So, I returned the next day at the same time and ordered the same meal, I requested to speak to the manager to tell them the issue I had. When I pulled up to the window it was the same person who has seved me the day before and probably 20 times prior. I explained the situation to the manager and they just looked at me with an empty void behind their eyes, “like so what”. I told her that I was a regular and asked her if she recognized me? I could tell I blew her mind as she could not processs what I was saying, I said I am not trying to steal your dollar sandwich I just want you to make this right. She did not care to keep a customer or have any integrity and this reflects the restaurant as a whole. I did not get my entree and was stolen from by the incompetence of the management. This is not the only time I have had problems with this establishment but is the last. I will also tell everyone I know about how poorly I was treated by Wendys management at this specific location, so keep doing what your doing it will ultimately come back around Charles Town Wendys.

This Wendy’s is disgusting, starting with its unprofessional and rude employees. It took me 25+ mins to get 2 medium Frostys, being the only one in line initially. The entire place seemed dirty and with plenty of employees you would think it would run at a proper pace. A middle-aged woman employee was eating right in the middle of the kitchen area where food was being prepared and wrapped. There are cameras and yet no quality for preparation of food or services to customers, so I doubt any accountability, procedure or cleanliness takes place.
