Staff was super friendly! They greeted me almost right away and I was the one that had to ask for a minute before ordering. They were accommodating to the mods I asked for (added tomato). I was that one odd person ordering breakfast for dinner, but my order was ready pretty quickly. The bread was toasted to perfection and I really enjoyed the meal! I noticed quite a few bad review in the past, but seems to me they’re trying to grow and improve the experience. Keep up the good service!

This is the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Our entire order was stail and we had to wait for 15 minutes for our food in the drive thru. Our drinks had barely any ice and our drinks were warm.

Ordered an Oreo shake, got a strawberry. Didn’t want the hassle so I just dealt with it. I got home, and something in it was spoiled. I’m hoping I don’t get sick! Just happened.. yuck. Never going back here again. I agree with others on here, they are out of stuff alot, take forever to get through the drive-though…

pretty bad customer service sat there for about 10 minutes just waiting to take an order ask the guys three times if anybody was there. I could hear younger employees talking back and forth clearly ignoring me and when I ordered my food wasn’t very good I got a sausage and egg burrito but it was only egg. maybe one piece of sausage seems to me the employees don’t care about their job hard to find good employees but no one wants to work . I likely would have had a better experience with the computer and the machine making my food

The experience was HORRIBLE (I’ve had this experience multiple times with this location, never again) ! I ordered on the app and still had to wait 30 minutes in the drive-thru. The app says it will be ready when I get there but the staff is so unprepared it is ridiculous. It was only one car in front of me and about 5 kids in the back but it still took them 30 minutes to even bring out my food and when I received it it was cold. I normally don’t leave reviews but this experience was so bad I had to warn others. DO NOT GO HERE GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION

Understaffed or untrained employees. Three cars took 45 minutes in the drive-through. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and a large cheese tater tots. The tots were a little burnt and I wanted a solid 15 minutes at the window. The staff was cleaning, and one person always taking care of the cooking, so it was fresh, just not fast at all. Would recommend for those who have tall vehicles, as their drive-through could fit a semi truck.

When this location opened they were great now with in the last month or 2 they have gone down hill BAD! Saturday I ordered on the app and went to pick up my order 10 minutes later. I get there and they couldn’t find my order, when they finally found it they only gave me my drinks. When I asked about my 2 kids means and 2 adult meals they said oh yeah let me get that. I get the kids meals and then had to ask for my other 2 meals. They said oh yeah well we have to remake that….sat there for over an hour waiting for my entire order only for the manager to tell me I’m sorry we got confused and we are hoy. I get it but an hour!!! This location needs some major looking into because this is just one occasion over had here I won’t even get into what happen tonight. I will start driving the extra mile or so to the one either in rockwall or off Broadway to get my food from now on.
