I recently ordered pizzas from Rubi’s while in Steubenville. I thought the pizza was amazing as we got the White Pizza and the Hawaiian Pizza. My kids and I thought everything was perfect from the flavor to the crust, which is really important to them. This is a family run business that seems to have a lot of the family there working in it and is directly across from Best Western Plus Franciscan Square Inn & Suites. Everyone was super friendly and the service was spot on! Will definitely be back when I am in town next.

I really enjoy the pizza at Rubi’s. I use to frequent them when they were Corrado’s at the mall. Unfortunately I rarely go near University Blvd so I don’t get there like I use to. I love the spaghetti stuffed pizza. We ordered the white pizza today and I’m not sure if the website description is wrong or if we received the wrong pizza. It came with spinach and tomatoes which it doesn’t include on their website. I have no problem with that, unfortunately no one else in my household will eat it so they just ate the dough and wiped everything off. The boxes are sealed so I didn’t know until I got home. I enjoyed it. Just wish for the price my family could have as well.

Horrible customer service. I have been going here my entire life and I come here atleast twice a week and today was the worst customer service I have ever had. I ordered food and once I came home I noticed it was the wrong food. When I called it was no urgency or apologies whatsoever for the inconvenience as I live 20 minutes away and had to make two round trips to get my correct food. However, even after calling before I came in I was tested as if they had no clue what I was talking about and even had to REMAKE my food for a SECOND time because my order was not correct AGAIN. I will not be back any time soon.

Good friendly service. This was my first time there. Got a cheesesteak and a pan cheese pizza. The cheesesteak was huge and had good flavor. The pan pizza had good flavor especially the sauce, but since its so thick it was still a little doughy and uncooked in center. Next time I will try the NY style cause I have a feeling thats the way to go.

Really love their pies. The crust and sauce is wonderful! The sauce is savory. I love they have so many options and when in a pinch, purchasing from Rubi’s for weekend lunch or dinner when I don’t want to cook never disappoints.

I’ll alittle salty bought spicy chicken salad an a burger. My chicken salad got two pieces of chicken on it no fries like I ordered, an my burger was not done! An I paid 21.50 an I called an they acted like I’m lying so ill never buy there again!
