I have eaten here a few times and the food has improved since the last time I was here. We started with the squid salad which was good, the squid had a good bite but wasn’t tough. We ordered several rolls which all were a good size and were all very well executed. If the quantity and quality of the food remains consistent I’ll revise this review, but in my experience the food has been inconsistent.

I can only say it was okay. Atmosphere dead. One server on her phone the entire time, wasn’t checked on or offered a refill. Food… I’ve honestly had better clear soup, better ginger dressing and fresher ingredients.

Messed up my order & then wanted to charge me for it, after we had to drive back up there! Argued with me on the phone then with my husband in person in front of other customers! Manger was asking other customers if she was wrong? OMG! Crazy lady that manages this place! Completely unprofessional!!

Privileged, cocky and careless when it comes to their customers and customer service, if you want to eat here, remember you are putting your hard earned money into the pockets of people who think that they are better than everyone and people that think that they don’t need you and if that’s how they think, than that makes think what is their mentality like when they make your food, probably the same.

My wife has been here a few times and it has pretty good reviews. My first time experience has been far from that. I will give them the benefit of the doubt on the food, but I never got to try it. We sat for 27 minutes before placing our order. Another 34 minutes and just got a soup and salad. I understand it is Valentine’s day and all but there was absolutely nobody waiting to be seated. So to say they were too busy was an understatement. To top it off, we were seated close to register where phone orders were told 20-25 minutes. So after 64 minutes you can see all I had was what I called a NothinRoll. I got up with my family, tried to pay for soup and salad. They apologized and we left. This was probably the second time I have ever left a restaurant without eatingbecause of such poor service.

The restaurant itself is lovely, food comes out quick and fresh, and the service is phenomenal. The menu has a lot of variety and we haven’t tried a bad roll yet! Highly recommend the Polar Bear roll and the Salmon Katsu, our personal favorites 🙂
