On received says “half chow mein and fried rice, string bean chicken and teriyaki” as you can see NO chow mein on the plate, like 4 pieces of teriyaki. And food completely cold not even warm, and I just take 4 minutes to go home after make the purchase, first and last time to visit this location, if a get chance to put 0 stars I would.

They completely omitted an item for an online order (string bean chicken). I guess it wasn’t ready and they didn’t care. Since the pandemic, workers been skating , not even caring because the work culture has shifted and they know they can leave easily.

I went here today for lunch and was greeted with the best customer service I could ever get at a Panda Express. To the young man who greeted me, keep up the awesome customer service. This location was on Centinela and LaCienega. You just don’t get this kind of customer service everywhere. Loved it! I saw a bowl being made for someone else. It was Chow mein noodles with the Beijing beef on top. I’ll try that next time. Looked very yummy. Thank you again

normally, never any problems here but couldnt help but notice the difference in customer service. in a bad way. no offer to get fresh noodles but maybe own fault for not watching them serve it(mostly chopped veggies and few noodles) . and every other customer having to wait in line due to the cashier disappearing talking to the line chef about who knows what.might be awhile before i start coming back to this one.after one serving of noodles !
