Can not pay attention to detail at all. We ordered 3 times while camping this weekend and the first 2 orders the sizes were wrong…but correct on the tickets. The 3rd time they managed to provide a chocolate instead of vanilla long John and a cold coffee instead of a hot coffee. If we had ordered everything the way it came it would have been fine. But being pregnant the last order was my final straw…

Let me tell you, this was a complete waste of 30 minutes of my life! My boyfriend had decided to stop at this place on way home to Minneapolis after visiting Chicago for the weekend and I normally don’t go to Dunkin donuts regularly but instead of going to McDonald’s that was directly across the street, I decided to go here. The cashier clearly had no idea how to handle whatever the customer was trying to do with her app and no one else was helping her, Everyone else there seemed to only be focused on the drive thru and even as more people came inside and the line got longer,, no one came to help her. She did reach out but she walked extremely slow and other helpers seemed annoyed that they had to help her…just terrible…they never even acknowledged the rest of us that were line and after 30 minutes literally and I was next in line, I got served and I was out in less than 5 minutes…this was on a Sunday 11am-1pm, I couldn’t imagine what service would like during the week when people actually have to go to work…I would NOT take that chance…just terrible! I was there 2/5/23.

What a unique experience! You can order the same coffee 20 times from this location and it will taste different every time! Today we ordered the new “cookie butter cold brew” without the cookies. Because the cookies immediately get soggy and gross. Upon receiving the coffee at the window, the coffee had the cookies in it. I waited to return the coffee, and explained what I had ordered. After the cashier confirmed what I wanted, she proceeded to take the returned coffee. Then you would think she would make a new coffee or at LEAST scoop out the now soggy cookie bits. Alas no. The cashier goes behind the window, and simply puts more cold foam on top of the soaked cookies to hide that there were ever cookies in it. We noticed immediately after the first sip. Not to mention the other coffee we ordered that tasted like 3 day old expired milk. But this is just the norm for this Dunkin’ Donuts location. From coffee that tastes like it was made in an old dumpster, to the still frozen food tossed out window, this Dunkin has it all.

The food was terrible and overpriced. I bought a breakfast sandwich, large coffee, hash browns, and a couple of donuts. The coffee was okay but nearly cold by the time I returned to my car and got on the freeway. I expect way better for a $3 cup of coffee. If coffee and donuts are your specialty it should be good and in a container that keeps it hot for more than 5 minutes. Let’s talk about the donuts. The donuts were TERRIBLE. they tasted burned AND they were tough as cardboard like they were several days old and sat on the shelf the entire time. The hash browns were cold and there were only 6 of the tater tots and they were crumbled into pieces of cold greasy chunks. totally inedible. The bacon croissant sandwich was almost tasteless and again COLD. the tiny flacid greasy cold piece of bacon was uninspired and hard to locate. common theme was everything was cold and greasy or stale. for a $12 breakfast it was one of the worst I’ve ever had. 5 items and hit 0 for 5. think I’ll ever be back…. not

Mike really dropped the ball with my bagel and latte, leaving me with stale bread and flavorless coffee. Jean however turned my experience around, correcting my order and making sure I was satisfied with my food. Kudos to Jean for carrying this local Dunkin and keeping it afloat, unlike Mike.
