Just picked up off Kingsley , Pizza was so greasy we ate one each , we couldn’t eat another bite , the tater tots were soft and had a funny taste , wasted $27 ! Do better dominoes. Something is different. We usually pick up off of Buckingham. This pizza just tasted totally different and was way too greasy.Never again !!!

The manager that shift corrected me by stating what I ordered was correct. I Asked for extra cheese, light pepperoni. My opinion was that was not extra cheese an he rolled his eyes with sarcastic smirk. Then the whole staff ganged up on me an,said yes it is. DONT CHEESE IT UP! If I had just ordered it without extra cheese, it would still be the same as they proportioned it. Dry… But hay, customers are wrong when it comes to the opinions of this management. I’ll go to Real pizza shop. Plus too NO GLOVES. Think about the dirt under the employees finger nails. Tossed in the cheese or any toppings. Cooked in the doe. That’s disgusting. You can’t trust everyone to wash their hands.

Ok, this review is not to reflect all Domino’s Pizza, just this location. I ordered my typical hand tossed pepperoni, spinach, olives, and mushrooms Domino’s pizza, the Philly Steak Tots, and the new Lava Bites dessert. The entire order was AWEFUL! The pizza was tough, the flavor was bland, and the smell of the pizza reminded me of a public restroom. The tots were covered in bland cheese, did not resemble my normal Philly Steak Tots, but instead seemed as if they were created from a 3rd world country’s alleyway kitchen! The dessert was similar to burnt toast covered in chocolate. I now understand the reason this location has a 2.8 star rating on Google. They’re truly lucky to have a rating above 2 stars! With all this said- this review doesn’t reflect the customer service. My phone complaint was handled with the utmost professionalism. Just wish I could get my $37 back. You know food is bad when your dogs walk away from human food! The entire meal was trashed.

If I can give a zero, I’ll give a zero for customer service. I ordered for delivery several pizzas for a party. However, they got two of the pizzas wrong. I called and the guy I talked to said he will give me credit. I asked how the cashier will know when I’m ready to redeem the credit, he said just give your phone number.

They could not find my order , my app showed ready . After waiting 20 mins they found my order sitting on a back table . Cashiers says oh it is ready . Yes , bees ready and cold , no thanks . 2nd time in a row they messed up my order . There will not be a 3rd . I will never order from any Dominos Pizza again .

The delivery was quick & I appreciate that, the pizza was absolutely horrid. No one liked it. My delivery guy ,Nicholas, was very kind and did the best he could as the only driver. My order took 2 hours to get to my house and was cold on arrival. I don’t understand how dominos offers delivery if they know they are short staffed. I would not recommend delivery from dominos until they fix the issue.

It’s not just this Domino’s every time I order from Domino’s I get cold pizza I’ve ordered from Domino’s close to my work and I get cold pizza I order from the Domino’s by my home I get cold pizza I don’t know why but when I place my insurance order all they want to do is either give me a free pizza back which is not something I want or 20% off another order that will probably just be cold

MILES. What an adorable person. I called because I ordered online and my pregnant wife was craving banana peppers. Not only did Miles say they would accommodate my extra request, but also they were so personable. They shared their own story with me, was extremely kind, and made sure I had just what I wanted. This store has not disappointed me. And Miles deserves the biggest raise.
