Our first experience with this Church’s was amazing. They were very well staffed and the staff was very friendly. We had a great customer service experience. In addition, the food was fresh, hot, and very tasty. If you haven’t tried this yet, go. You will love it. Their biscuits are amazing and I personally love the chicken strips. In addition, you can’t leave Church’s without trying their mash potatoes and gravy and jalapeno poppers. Great overall quality and customer service.

I never received great customer service from anyone at this location. Tonight when I went to purchase my food, an employee named Bianca showed amazing customer service. I was shocked. She was friendly and knew how to respond in a respect manner. Even though I had to wait for about 15 mins for my food. I did not mind at that point Because she showed awesome customer service skills, and all my food was on point. No complaints this time! Thank You Bianca. You need to show your co workers what customer service skills look like!

We ordered a family 12 piece meal with 3 large sides and 6 biscuits for $20. We didn’t even get a whole chicken (standard pieces you would assume you get in every 8 piece or bigger). Everything was legs and thighs and that’s not what the meal said. Chicken and fried okra was good, but mashed potatoes were watery and had hardly any gravy. The Mac ‘n’ Cheese was… meh. I used to like Church’s Chicken, but definitely not going back to this location again!

Not my first pick on fried chicken, but it will get it done in a pinch. They need to fine tune somethings, but over all it was a good experience. Of course the place is brand new, so it’s nice, and clean for now. Once the staff get in the groove, I think it will be a nice fried chicken spot.

The entire order was horrible. I ordered a 15 piece mixed and got only thighs and legs. Half of the family wouldn’t eat. The potatoes were soup, inedible. The large fry was tiny and cold rubber. Before I even left the drive thru, I had to bring to their attention that both a large side and the biscuits were missing. No communication. The drive thru worker shut the window on us after every word we said. A whole line was forming behind us. Bad food, bad service. Waste of time and money.

You need to hire people who is passion about your company. We waited in the drive for 7 minutes. We got out of line to go inside to see what’s taken them so long. They talking and just taking their precious time. When we did get the food the Mac n Cheese was nasty the chicken has no seasoning. Where is the passion??? Rewind and get back right!

We went to the drive thru. There was 3 cars ahead of us. We were asked several times what our order was. We then waited about 10 mins then were informed that they had no fries and they ran out of original chicken strips. We changed our order accordingly then waited another 10 mins. We received our food and it was inedible. The chicken sandwich burnt including the bun, Mac and cheese cold, the 2 piece chicken was wet with grease and also tasted burnt. We didn’t return the food as the line was too long. We won’t be going back.

Arrived 1 1/2 hours before closing time and was given a list of available items.Would not cook items I requested cause fryers were closed but the okra was clearly just reheated- resulting in batter balls filled with old grease and no discernible okra whatsoever.i could see this maybe 15 minutes prior to close but this is ridiculous. Now I know why it’s always empty.When this place closes,I hope the owner knows it’s all about management and laziness.
