Cute little place that serves hot food, salads, and ice cream. I stopped by on a whim to try their strawberry and vanilla ice cream and loved them! I picked up a double scoop of each to bring home and still have a little left to enjoy later. It’s really good, in my opinion: not too sweet for my tastes. I’d go again for more.

My friend and I decided to satisfy our sweet tooth after visiting a local restaurant near by. We stood there like buffoons for 7 1/2 minutes while two workers wouldn’t even look up from the back. After aimlessly standing at the ice cream window, an employee finally informed us that they only allow customers to use the tablet to place an order. This was absurd, as we were literally the only people standing in the store and we couldn’t even place our order by word of mouth when an employe was obviously able to take our order. Finally, we placed it only to be informed AFTER ordering that they didn’t sell the ice cream sundae we ORDERED. To think that all could have been avoided if we just told her what we wanted on the first place filled me with displeasure. After getting our ice cream, my friends spoon abruptly snapped in half while consuming her “delectable” treat. Not to mention the ice cream was served to her in a flimsy plastic water cup. The ice-cream gets 4 stars from me, but the atmosphere of the store was filled with boxes causing us to think the store was closed until we opened the door… and the service has already been explained. The location and quality of the food has so much potential to be a 4 star hit, however it’s service failed to fulfill our expectations.

I have been meaning to stop by this location for ages and so glad I finally got the chance.This place and their food is frickin awesome! I came in the other day and had the Clark Cove sandwich aka Roasted turkey, coleslaw, white american cheese, and Thousand Island dressing on toasted sourdough. I also had their seasonal salad with Spinach greens, goat cheese, butternut squash and all sorts of filling deliciousness.

Jetties is a sandwich shop with owners and employees who care about what they’re making for their customers. The food is fresh, the portions are large, and the choices are plenty. Take out is quick, but the shop also has several tables for “eat in”. The prices are slightly higher than I’m used to back home in Michigan, but I could only eat 1/2 of the sandwich that I got, so it ended up being two meals!

I work nearby and stopped in for the 1st time. Had tried to order by phone before but kept getting sent to non-functioning voicemail, and even doordash for pickup was crashing. Tried again a few days later and got through. Ordered NOBADEER and Smith Point sandwiches to go. When I arrived, staff were pleasantish and not exactly organized but did manage to pay and get my food. I understand now why it kept rolling to voicemail. Anyway, as for the sandwiches, they were both pretty good. The NobaDeer is turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce, and the Smith Point is roast beef, horseradish sauce, onions on pumpernickel. Big sandwiches, very filling. In the photo attached, Smith Point is in the foreground. I will stop by again, assuming they survive the pandemic restrictions.
