We ordered our pizza at 11:35, they called me after few minutes and told me that they are not taking any orders anymore and that they started cleaning but the store closes at 12 which is almost like half hour after we placed our order. Hope they can improve their service.

Lets just say we will not be ordering from this place anymore. First and foremost why are you not cutting the pizzas how do you expect people to eat the pizza uncut why should we have to do your job. And last i get weed is legal but i do think its unprofessional to smoke before you drop off someone’s food to the point when u hopped out ya vehicle you can smelt the strong stitch of marijuana. Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever eaten. We ordered the thin crust, and it was like eating cardboard. Hardly any sauce and burnt. It was so dry I threw it out. If you want real pizza, this isn’t the place. Go to Vero in Bellmawr, Brooklyn Pizza in Haddon Heights or Cafe Antonio in Collingswood.

Over an hour wait for a thin crust pizza. I called the store the guy on phone told me he didn’t have many drivers. So I offered to pick up the pizza but then he told me it was just picked up and I should have it soon. 25 minutes later and still no pizza. Domino’s let your customers know you’re short drivers and orders will be taking longer to deliver.

Absolutely terrible, I waited 1 1/2 hours for pasta bowl, cheesy bread & lava cakes.. they are terrible taking orders, and when I got my food my bowl had like no Alfredo sauce, was basically just noodles and chicken dry. I am so beyond baffled by the customer service at this location

Our order was wrong and they said they wouldn’t have time to fix it that night (it was only 8pm). Offered us an extra pizza the next time we order, but seriously…why would we order again if they couldn’t get our first order correct? They also had a very hard time understanding the problem, even though it was a very straightforward issue with toppings. In addition to being made incorrectly, the pizza was overbaked and didn’t have even a basic layer of cheese covering the sauce.
