They have improved their services. I think they have a New management. They did not cut off food any more. They know how to train staffs be more generous in making full bowl and burritos. Not just add little bit of food like before. Will come more often from now.

I order from this location often. This time, I ordered two burritos expecting the usual size they make them as so I could have one to eat the next day. For $14/burrito (with the addons and extra meat), I instead got two burritos that were smaller than their tacos. That’s less than a 1/3rd the usual portion; there was so much tortilla wrapped around itself it was tiring to chew. Tried to call this store and the AI prevents you from speaking with any employees. Luckily UberEats saw my evidence and gave me a complete refund within minutes. I wouldn’t have left this review if I could have spoken to a manager. Photo attached:

I’ve tried so many times to give this location chances. They never cease to disappoint me. I don’t know what it is, but this location is horrible. The lobby is always filthy, trash running over, tables nasty, drink station dirty. I came at 9:00PM two days ago to get a burrito bowl. Upon walking into the facility I couldn’t tell if they were open or closed. I see that they closed at 11PM so why in the world was the steam table bare, the fajita vegetables (which are my fav) were so old ,watery ,and lukewarm. The meat was dry and most of the ingredients looked to have been hours old. I get trying to clean up but when you’re two hours away from closing time you should not have everything broken down completely with old food in the pans. I was so disappointed by that. Not saying full portions should be cooked but at least fresh items should be cooked before shutting down everything. Also they’re stingy with ingredients I hate that .

I have been burned so many times at this location, however is the closest to my house. They finally have screw it so bad that I am not willing to order at this place anymore. First they messed up my order that I paid online and we were going to pick up from the location. Once my wife arrived they acted dumb and pretended that the order was never delivered. She show the order confirmation with the order code. Finally they prepare the order after almost an hour. They prepare mini burritos that were almost the side of a taco. Last time not anymore.

The food is delicious and fresh. They have a different option to try. However, Staffs need to be more clean and change gloves often every times they doing trash, or clean up , then should change gloves when come back to serve food. manager needs to pay attention to remind them, also, they need to be generous when addling food, it is used to be good, but now they cut off food, my friend ordered a bowl of chicken and brown rice, but they just put a half, not full like before . I never see any Chipotle cut off food like here. Manager need to train them more to be good and get more customers like other chipotle

The manager rosy was super rude and we had Chipotle gift card was not accepted and I asked the reason they said their system is down which doesn’t make any sense since they accepted the credit card how come they don’t accept gift card. I asked rosy to give me the sauce she said wait and started cleaning the counter and let me wait and the other worker came to me to ask what I need and she gave me the sauce. Ridiculous attitude never going back there I spent $65 not worth it. We work hard to earn money and can’t throw our hard earned money on that. There are hundreds of restaurants out there who treat u nice. Never take your gift card to them they won’t accept it they’ll make u pay with the credit card or cash.

So I’m giving this location 1 star, because they charge me extra for the tortilla when I get a bowl. I may be wrong, but I’ve been to many Chipotle restaurants as I drive all over Greater Houston area and this is the only place that charges me for it. The first time they charged me for it, it seemed odd, because I’d never been charged before for it. So I went to 2 other locations and asked them, they said m, no they don’t charge for them since the burrito and bowl are the same price we can get the tortilla with it. If I’m wrong I’d like to know. If they’re trying to charge me when they’re not supposed to, I’d like to know and for them to be informed as well. I usually get a burrito, bit every now and then I get a bowl and honestly I feed the tortilla to my pup. Which is why do ask for it with the bowl.
