I’d like to highlight one of your employees, Karissa! First and foremost, I visit this location when I am visiting friends and family. My first time here, the service & food was outstanding! Over the next few months, I would make an effort to visit this location specifically where I know I would have consistent service each time. Karissa is very personable and sweet! The staff is well trained and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Even if I did have a bad experience, I feel comfortable speaking to the staff about it because everyone is so professional and easy going. Great job Anderson Barberitos Team!

The food was good, as usual. The A/C was broken and the employees acted like all of them were new to the job. Service was slow and a lot more expensive than usual. I will be back and hope to have that 5-star experience you promise.

Today the A/C was not working. The employees took it in stride. They worked competently and without a complaint about how hot it was in the restaurant. They went above and beyond during the heat of the day. For such young workers, they should be proud of themselves.

My cheese dip poured out all over the to go box. I noticed as I told the lady the sweet tea had not been sweetened. She then tried to clean the cheese dip off the to go box. She gave me another cheese dip and wrapped it tight and acknowledged that they would fix tea later. The new cheese dip was not fully melted and clumpy. It was ok. But it was such a mess. Was scared to take this bag away to my car. Had to clean the to go box again just to hope cheese dip didn’t land over my car. Wish she would of put it in a new box. Not just wipe with a napkin. Wouldn’t return.

The Barberitos chain is usually one of our favorites. The Anderson location is terrible. It’s dirty and today, the food wasn’t fit to eat. The steak lacked seasoning and the cheese dip was one large glob. In the future, we’ll stick with the Athens locations.

We walked in, waited in line, and left. The girl who was steaming the tortillas tonight adjusted her hat 3-4 times and then rubbed her nose with her gloved hand and proceded to make people’s food without stopping to change her gloves. GROSS! This makes me wonder what else she did without changing her gloves? We will not be back.

I visited this establishment Monday night under the guise of fresh Mexican food, quickly disappointed with the steak was similar to the taste of roast beef. However, I was up most impressed with Caleb’s attitude and work ethic while making my food. Personally, I would never come back for the food, however for great people like Caleb I definitely would! In all, Chipotle is my top choice as this last experience at Barbaritos was subpar.

The first time I went to this business was last week. My experience was wonderful and the food was absolutely tasty and fresh. However, today I went there, therefore making this my second time going here to get food and I was highly disappointed. I saw three people working (one white girl who stayed in the back and two black girls who were in the front.) I stood there waiting for someone to assist me. I understand the weather was rainy and it was cold. Sometimes with this type of weather you feel lazy and sleepy. I would like to think this was the mood. The meat containers needed refilling, the area with the veggies needed refilling and even though I stood there for what seemed to be five minutes the energy in the employees needed refilling too! They looked at me and it was almost like they were trying to figure out who was going to assist me. It took such a long time to make my food. This guy walked in from ubereats came in waiting for them to make the food for that order. The girl says oh it won’t take long. They were super slow today, horrible customer experience and service. They even tried to overcharge me for guacamole and cheese dip. The girl was picking the wrong items. It is very disappointing the food the first time and experience was amazing. This second experience was bad, the food didn’t taste fresh, they didn’t maintain cleanliness of the work station and honestly it just seemed like they didn’t want to work today. I won’t be coming back I’ll spend my money somewhere else.
