El Caporal Taco Truck in Silverton Oregon is worth a visit. After mountain biking up at silver falls State Park my son and I were pretty hungry and we were able to get five tacos, a Jarito and leave a $2.50 tip all for $15.

I’m from AZ and have missed the authentic flavors of the mexican cuisine. Checked out this place on a whim, it was absolutely worth it! Best Asado Torta I have ever had! I’m going back next week, do yourself a favor and check out this FABULOUS food truck!

My American Husband and I were travel towards Silver Falls and Google map give directions to this El Caporal taqueria. I was not sure if will be good but I was surprised with the nice service and the excellent flavor food. Please ! Don’t hesitate to go there and taste the best Mexican food ever!!!!
