Sat waiting for my food for over 50 minutes because the two people making the online orders wanted to play gossip like it was high school the entire time. The extremely rude immature young boy finally made my order when asked about it before slamming it on the counter and going to take his smoke break. I have never left a review before but the service here was the worst i have ever seen at any fast food restaurant before.

I door dash and this store received an order before 1 am but decided not to make it. I arrived at 1:04 am and they refused to make the order because they wanted to go home. Wasted my time as a door dasher because I didn’t get paid and made the customer mad because he had already placed and paid for his order. The sign that says closes at 1am or sometimes later? That’s ridiculous. This is the only restaurant that has refused a door dash order minutes after they closed. And looking in the window seeing employees eating clearly they could have made this door dash request. They saw the order but turned off their screens so they wouldn’t have to make it. Such poor service from employees.

I fried to place my order on line and go pick it up and every time I hit submit I got ooops we r so embarrassed something went wrong on our part pls try again in few minutes. I must of tried 4 or 5 times same thing I go to taco bell and I head inside only the doors r locked another person then pulled up she w door dash. An employee came and stuck her head out. I asked about my situation reply was I know nothing about on line now I’ve been trying to place order for 30 min. Drove over to store still have not placed my order I option was to get in the drive thru line that was out of the TB parking lot.if it were not for those waiting at home I would of just left. Waited another 20 minutes I ordered 2 chalupa cravings box with an additional taco cost 14 and change got home no chalupas. At that point so frustrated I didn’t even eat..I guess some days r like that.

I’ve been to a lot of Taco Bell’s and the Lake St. Louis location seems above Par. Friendly employees & decent food. You can tell the management staff here is good compared to other TBs in the area.

Came here at 10 PM on a Tuesday and after 20 minutes the line had not moved at all. What is wrong with you people? Is it because you can’t get people to work there at that time? Maybe you should consider paying them more. Terrible Taco Bell.

Terrible service! Went to the drive thru and when I tried to verify that everything was in my bag— a young man with blonde hair and a pink scrunchie snapped back at me very rudely and told me it was all in there and slammed the drive thru window before I had a chance to respond. 10/10 will never go back to this location. (if I could give 0 stars I would)

It wasn’t clean and there was this one guy that had a bad attitude and was acting as if he was in highschool. The food wasn’t correct and they made you do the self check out noone was at the register. I would never go back

The drive thru was so long, it was difficult to get into the parking lot, but inside there was no wait. We ordered from the kiosk, and I added onions and extra lettuce and asked for no rice. They actually made all 3 changes without messing anything up. So I was impressed.

We waited in the drive through for over 45 minutes with only a few cars in front of us (took ~12 minutes per person just to order). After all that waiting the food was cold and the “power bowl” was just lettuce with a measly amount of beans and rice. Not sure what happened to cause such a decline in service and food quality, but I would pass on this location.
