The dishes were well-prepared and flavorful, and the portions were generous. The service was friendly but not so efficient, and the wait for the food was longer than I expected. I ordered at 8:33 pm and got it at 9:14 pm – much longer than expected. This was a a huge deal, and a little frustrating.

Me and my boyfriend order two smash burgers and a large smash fry. I was unsatisfied with my order, however the non dairy shake was ok. We did not receive my large fry. We receive a small fry. On top of that our fries was extremely cold along with our burgers. We will never come back to smash burger again. We would have done better going to McDonald’s or Burger King thats how low the service was. When I went to take our burger back the waiter got an attitude and told me that our fries was a large and that the food just came out. I did not argue with him due to that response of not listening to the customer or satisfying the customer just sat and ate the cold food since I already paid for it. Below is a picture of our food. Oh the fries was also extremely greasy. Do Not Eat Here!!!!!

Unfortunately, this place has drastically changed for the worst. You have the manager running for ice for the broken ice machine that has been broken for years. Young kids cooking in the back don’t wear hear nets and have no control of the orders, so burgers come out different times than the fries. You end up getting cold fries and hot burgers or eating your meal at a completely different time than the rest of your party. Not sure how they’ve survived this long but it always looks empty. Sadly won’t be going back.
