Even though this is your standard subway and the experience and food is pretty much the same as with any other subway in the country, the one thing that is making me give it a five star rating is the staff member who was working at the time that I went. I got to the restaurant a few minutes before closing time, and even though the employee present, who was by himself, seemed tired and wanting to go home, he was polite and patient with my order and that was most definitely appreciated. I hope that whoever this kid was, he gets a raise because he definitely deserves it with his customer service.

How does Subway run out of bread and Tuna? Incompetent children on their devices instead of working. That’s how.

If you advertise a 6-in sandwich then you should actually sell a 6-in sandwich. I went into order a 6-in today and the piece of bread she pulled out was probably more like three and a half. She was really nice when I said something and pulled out another loaf to cut in half but this still was not even close to 6 inches. I love Subway but I don’t want to feel like I’m getting ripped off every time I order there. Wasn’t there just a lawsuit against Subway for their false advertising? Not surprised, they should just call it a medium or large sandwich.

Horrible!!! I asked for extra onion and was told I couldn’t have them. She told me that had a meeting and were told not to give any extra. The whole point of a Subway is to make your sandwich the way you want. I wanted no other vegetables than onions and was denied those – ridiculous!!! The customer service was awful. I go to Subway at least twice a week, but will never go to that one again. Not that they care anyway. I asked for a contact number and was told no. Many restaurants want you to let them know how they are doing, but I guess they don’t care. They have lost at least $30.00 a week from me.

Pricing is absolutely outrageous for a Subway. Sandwiches that are typically $6 are anywhere from $9-10 at a minimum.

I usually have a very good experience at Subway but tonight the gal that was working had a really bad attitude and poor customer service. I’m in there an hour and 15 minutes before closing and she had pretty much put 90% of the stuff away and acted like we had came in one minute before closing. My daughter who is 10 wanted to see all the choices for meats and cheese and vegetables and toppings but she didn’t want to remove any of the lids for my daughter. I’m actually really disappointed

I went to this location on 3/05/2020, with a mobile order and when I got them back to work the sandwiches were wrong. I did go back I just left it and ate it. Today 03/06/2020 I ordered 2 sandwiches by mobile and I got there during the time the gal was making them and the sencond sandwich she made I noticed was wrong, as I ordered the Italian BMT. I politely told her that did not look like that sandwich as I did not see any pepperoni on it, and the gal Jenny insists she knows how to make a BMT. I tell her again that I did not see pepperoni on it and at this point she has already wrapped it up, so she now unwraps both sandwiches and I show the order receipt on my phone that I ordered a Italian bmt and she walked off with attitude to make the correct sandwich and she wasn’t very polite when speaking to me. I am sorry that the sandwiches got made wrong and I let it go yesterday but not today, I am paying for this sandwich. Just not good customer service skills. I still thanked her for making me the correct sandwich.

Meh… It’s a Subway, fast and cheap if you do the sub of the day. Staff was friendly, place was semi-clean… To me, it was basically what I’ve come to expect when at a Subway, so that’s kind of nice (no shocking surprises). Given the fact that the chain has been struggling and closing down stores, I wonder how much longer they’ll be around…so if you value your Subway, get it while you can.

I generally like Subway food. Sometimes, though, where Subway sub-leases space in another store, (for example, in a Walmart or 24-hour gas station), the food and service aren’t as good as where the Subway is a stand-alone store in a strip mall. So… let the buyer beware. If you choose your ingredients carefully, you can actually get a pretty nutritious meal.

I ordered online and the store said they never received my order and will do nothing about it. I have called store manager, district manager and corporate headquarters with no luck. I paid they PayPal so have a dispute going with them to return my money. Very bad customer service!!!!
