Terrible experience, They claim they are fast, well they lied. They took forever to answer the speaker. The burger had brown lettuce, I can tell it was made hours ago. The staff behave like they hate their life (probably true) but they act like is your fault. No napkins, no ketchup. I don’t think I’m coming back to this one.

I often go to McDonald’s, I love it, especially latte coffee, but it often happens that they don’t have it, they constantly come up and say that we don’t have coffee and we have to refuse. I sometimes stop at McDonald’s on the highway and there is no coffee there either, Especially where African Americans work. There is always no coffee.

Ordered 5 dollar double cheeseburger meal, with modifications. The manager was the one to hand order to me where I informed her my sandwich was to be well don’t but also the sandwich had no meat in the first place! She was rushing and rude, along with the fact that she spoke half English and half Spanish I felt as if she was annoyed with me as she asked me multiple times did I ask for it to be well done I said yes and it’s on my receipt. They remade my sandwich still not well done! As if I needed to hurry up and leave. The man safer ask the front counter employee to help us more than three times. Worst costumer service ever especially for us out of town visitors!

Does their frappe machine work? The one time I ordered one, they tell me it’s broken. Which is understandable. But then they can’t answer the phone each time I’ve tried to take that into account ahead of time. For such a quick question, literally just say yes or no, why even bother if the machinery is as faulty as the staff?

Awful experience yet again. Totally wrong order, waited in line for a good 45 min, 15 min of that was spent waiting for someone to come on the drive through speaker. Not only do they shut the ice cream/smoothie machine down hours before close because they are lazy and don’t want to have to clean it after their shift is up. But they didn’t give me a receipt, made me pay for the smoothie on my mobile order even though they couldn’t make one, gave me 3/6 of the right things. Which was 4 cheeseburgers and 2 spicy chickens..3 hamburger, 1 cheese, 2 non spicy chicken, and were rude. Had to leave a review cause they are always like this (least on weekends , and afternoons). Trust me somewhere else where employees care to help

I know that $23.00 isn’t that much money but it’s truly an Insult when your food is cold. Who wants a cold deluxe chicken sandwich with fries. Along with a cold deluxe 1/4 pounder. Paid extra for cheese and bacon. Neither sandwich had it on there. Tried to call this restaurant and for twenty minutes never answered. I’m so done with this location it was much better when it was next to the gas station.

They are definitely not the fastest Drive thru. It’s bad at the window, worse going inside… they act like they don’t see you and make you wait for ever. I’ve seen people just walk out! Foods good but service is very bad… idk who is running this but they need a change. Don’t waste your time Especially in a rush!

Staff is unprofessional, needs extensive training. Location shuts down earlier then posted and refuses services thus refunding money after long waits. Invites friends in when doors are locked and alienates customers. No coffee available 15 mins from closing lobby which was found out 15 minutes after ordering. Shut down at 10 pm on a Friday. Refunded less than paid.
