Reviews don’t lie this trailer serves top tier Mexican food. I loved the burrito, and the salsa was fire too. Most spots like this don’t serve rice and beans but this place does. Highly recommend enjoying the food at the park just north.

i really like this place and always want to go here. i went and asked for a asada burrito with sour cream , cheese, rice and guacamole. Instead they made my burrito super spicy with just rice and nothing else. I’ve gotten the asada many times and had a burrito before. Not sure why it came out so bad i normally really enjoy this place and super disappointed with the new employees

The most authentic delicious burrito I’ve had since moving here 11 years ago. It’s food truck in a seedy liquor store parking but don’t be fooled. Made to order. Hot. Fresh. Perfect. Santiago’s sold at the gas station across the street as well as 2 Mexican restaurants on each corner and THIS place is THE place.

Got their breakfast burrito this morning. Big burrito filled with egg, potato, a creamy cheese, and meat. Was good, but my only complaint would be the cheese. These burritos would be better with a sharp cheese (like cheddar) rather than a creamy cheese imo. I get that’s not usually the go-to for Mexican food, but I grew up on New Mexican food. ♂️ Good food though, will definitely be back to try their tacos.
