First you walk in and the place smells like the sewer is backed up. Should of turned around and walked out. 6 people in line to order food. Took 15 min to be able to order. The girl behind register was very apologetic for the wait. The whole time she kept asking for help but was told there was no help. Granted she could of taken more then 2 orders before standing there waiting for the food. My advise wood be to use drive thru instead of eating in. The staff to wait on drive thru looked like at least 5 people vs the 1 girl for ordering in the store. Not sure why they have walk in open when the service is horrible. No such thing as fast food when u go in.

Employees are rude nobody was wearing gloves even after my wife had said something about it, then I got the.wrong fries I took them up to get the right fries I ordered and the lady took my previous ones and dumped them right back into the fry bin , also I ordered 3 sandwiches.and 2 were not fully cooked still pink on the inside I would not recommend going to this Wendy’s even if you have to drive out of state because they are very unsanitary!!

THE SLOWEST service I’ve ever dealt with , was there tonight and they had everybody sitting at the speaker for a solid 10 minutes before they’d even take orders. If you can’t run a drive thru and a dining room maybe close one down until you get the hang of it. Food isn’t ever fresh this place has went way down hill.

Went and ordered, the worker dropped my order on the ground and it fell out of the bag, they said go ahead an re wrap it. Told them I wanted a refund. The drinks were flat, no ice in the machine, the dining room was disgusting. This place definitely needs some attention from the owner. Do not recommend this Wendy’s to anyone until management and employees are taught how to deal with public serving. I guarantee they remember this transaction. It was today 11/26/22

I have been here several times over the years. The people working here are friendly. The food is as good as Wendy’s gets. Their ventilation system is not correct though, you can’t walk in without getting hit with a wall of grease smell or just a strong haze. That’s when they actually have the dining area open. Just yesterday I did a pick up order and the lobby wasn’t open. I was told by the kind old couple knocking on the door. The drive through was around the corner, so I had to wait in a line that went around almost back into the street. I hope they fix the ventilation for the folks who work there.
