Terrible experience, whole place is a mess. The floors were extremely slippery with the smallest sign possible in the corner as you walk in out of sight. The foundation drink machine was low on everything and out of ice. The size of the boneless wings were the same as a quarter and the bathrooms were out of soap. The employees were too busy joking and laughing to clean up.

After slow service, the food ended up being decent. But while dining in, the cooks came out near the counter and we’re YELLING a long conversation on the phone on speaker…… with absolutely no clue that it was terrible manners, and made for an awful experience. Stay away from this place.

I got my food fast as hell and it was all hot and good. They put a very generous amount of stuff on my fries. The guy taking my order was very nice and I would say that this is the best wingstop i’ve been to in my life. Will be coming back tomorrow.

Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. We had a gift card bc if we didn’t I wouldn’t have spent money. But we walked in only customers in ordered our meals. (Still currently waiting as I type) visible crumbs and straw wrappers on tables and floor. Drink station out of ice and sticky. Employee emptied dirty rag water into drink machine drain ice not 5 feet from us.

Manager refused to take my hour 30 minutes before closing ! Had a horrible attitude and encouraged other employees to follow in his footsteps. Store closes at 11pm , I showed up at 10:25 pm . Horrible experience! Never returning again ! Manager name – Zachary .

Walked in to place order only to be told they’re only accepting online orders. So fine. I download the app and place my order and wait about 20 minutes for them to complete my order. Get it, go to my car look at it and…GREASE. A small puddle of grease the chicken is sitting in. Ridiculous. The workers were not professional at all. In there playing around. Joking back and forth more than working. Left pic is garlic parmesan and the right is the lemon pepper. First time and LAST coming here. So SAD!

This new generation of the employed is very sad I mean beyond sad. First off the guy didn’t know how to use the register, I had to repeat myself several times he was calling himself repeating things that never came out of my mouth comes time to pay they don’t have proper change my bill was 39.82 I gave him 40.00 the guy is yelling back to another employee asking her where on the receipt is the printed change amount you mean to tell me he couldn’t do simple math and figure out thats .18 cents. I bring all this up to the manager he was just as simple minded. You corporations fast food or not need to do better when hiring management and employees this is one of the reasons why a lot of franchises are losing business. Customer service,common sense, along with educated employees don’t exist anymore. If you paid more then you could hire people that can subtract 39.82 within seconds in their brain and not have to rely on a computer! Won’t be returning to this location.

I’ve been to many wingstop locations. The dining area was unkept and smelled. The employees were too distracted with heckling each other to be worried about the line of customers. They gave us someone else’s order which was fine because it was twice the food we ordered. I’d probably steer clear of this this restaurant in the future. Too many other good options in the area.
